JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

Best resort I've ever stayed at. Service, food and comfort was exceptional. I couldn't fault anything... if I really tried maybe the food at Olive Italian restaurant wasn't as expected. The Chef brushed off our complaint because he cook 250 fish that day. They had a function there, I didn't order function food and they also ran out of 2 things in the menu. The tepanyaki was fantastic!! The staff and food was excellent

This was our 10th consecutive stay at this resort. It is a great place to relax. The staff is perfect. We have gotten to know several over the years. The pool access room is a must. All the restaurants are terrific. The fitness center is new and complete. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had. Khao Lak is very peaceful. I highly recommend this resort

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at JW Marriott Khao Lak! The resort is stunning and the service was exceptional. Every member of staff we met was warm, kind, attentive and genuinely eager to help. The food was excellent in every restaurant we tried, and the Kids Club is truly the BEST we have ever experienced anywhere in the world! The resort offers an amazing variety of pools for every age, as well as a beautiful farm and a fantastic beach. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. A huge thank you to the entire wonderful team for making our vacation so special!

The staff is excellent. The people made the stay extremely memorable. They were extremely patient with our requests and intuitive in terms of understanding our needs and planning ahead for what we might potentially require. The host of activities for all sorts of types of visitors (kids, family, and solo) was extensive. The property is absolutely spotless, very high-end in luxury, and very well maintained. Great location, great ambiance, huge property site, excellent selection at the buffet for breakfast, and some excellent restaurants, especially the Japanese one, the Italian one, and the Thai one. Outstanding was the Italian restaurant. The chef at the Italian restaurant makes every experience for the guests very personalised and the food is top-notch and very authentic. The staff was excellent. I believe the standout feature was the large farm garden centre, where they grow their own herbs and vegetables and raise their own chickens and produce eggs there, which are served at breakfast. The efforts made to sustainably run the hotel property were excellent. One of the wonderful features that we enjoyed was the daily coconut water vendor canoe service that comes along the lagoon and serves the various rooms on the pool side and the lagoon side. The pool bar is fantastic. The food is outstanding but the ambiance and the service and maintenance standards are extremely good. Despite the traffic, the number of people, and the occupancy of the guests, the service for the food and room service, etc., was very quick. The speed of the buggy service to pick up and drop off at various locations and the response by the operator, etc., was very quick and highly responsive. Excellent experience and will be going back for sure

I had a really enjoyable stay. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, I loved my pool access room. Staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Dining options were varied and all delicious and food was to a high quality (I tried Olive, Drift, Ta Krai, Sakura, Deli and room service). We were in a big group and the restaurants could always fit us in. The spa was lovely too.
