JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! A special thanks to Dina, who checked us in and set the tone for our entire trip with such a warm, welcoming, and hospitable greeting. It’s an ideal spot for both couples and families with kids, offering a great balance — whether you want to unwind and relax on the grounds, or head out to explore the nearby activities and sights. High standards, excellent service, and a memorable stay overall. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, everything was amazing! We had such a wonderful experience. There are so many things to do and see within the resort itself. The atmosphere, the staff, the beach, and the surroundings — everything was beautifully organized and truly professional. A special shout-out to Janjira, such a lovely and charming lady, who made our stay even more memorable with her warm hospitality. The only downside was that our stay was too short! We’ll definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Absolutely love this place!

This was our third stay at the JW Khao Lak, and it feels like coming home. Many people we spoke with worry about the ride out to Khao Lak and stay in Phuket instead. That is a big mistake. The property is huge and works for everyone: families, couples, grandparents. There is something for every age. Our kids look forward to seeing what has been updated from one visit to the next, and the resort never lets them down. They loved the chocolate and pizza-making sessions, and the general manager, Vincent, shared that a teen club is on the way. Our growing kids can't wait. Don't miss the dinners. La Fiesta at Olive is unbelievable, and worth coming over for even if you're not a hotel guest. I joked with head chef Mohan that the hotel has restaurants for nearly every cuisine except Indian, and he offered to prepare a special meal for us. Hands down the best Indian food we have had. Big props to the staff. We have dealt with many of them across our visits, and the fact that so many stay on says a lot. They love it here too. There are also great half-day trips close by, from an elephant sanctuary to waterfalls and hikes. We can't recommend this hotel enough and will return again and again. Thank you to the amazing staff who make us feel at home every time.

As always , JW Marriott Khao Lak , delivers yet again. It was my 7 th stay at the property since I started visiting it in 2013 ! We share a very special bond with the property since both our children got married here . The first wedding was in Nov 2023 and the second in Sep 2026 . The success of the first event coupled with lack of such welcoming - properties across Bali , made us go for the second wedding here again at JWM Khao Lak . Any property is a factor of the offered facilities , the staff and serious professionalism . We got it all !! From top to bottom , everything was executed flawlessly , with a smile . Oliver , Darshan & Vikram - thanks a lot for getting the contract done quickly !! Special thank you to Dhananjay ( DJ) & his team , for his tireless efforts , prompt responses & fantastic hospitality. Amazing performance by the gastronomical team of Super Chefs ( Korean / Indian / Italian / Thai / Turkish / Oriental ) it’s intriguing how they could manage to get all cuisines absolutely right….Thank you Chefs - Ryan , Mohan , Krishna , Sanjeev, Bruno , Eak , Fatih and all others who worked behind the scenes…Chef Mohan , your help in getting us work out lavish menus & your dedicated efforts to get the party rocking bore fruition ! Had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort! From the stunning swimming pool and beachfront to the wide range of activities for the kids, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The food options across the property were exceptional, with everything from Thai, Italian, and Continental to Deli and Indian cuisine. Every meal was a delight! A special mention to Chef Mohan, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He made sure we didn’t miss our Indian food and, most importantly, made my father’s birthday extra special with a beautiful celebration by the beach. It was truly a memorable experience for our entire family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be visiting again very soon! ❤️
