La Flora Khao Lak

Elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing getaway. The facilities are excellent, and I particularly appreciated the dehumidifier in the room, which made the space feel fresh and comfortable throughout the night. I had such a restful sleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. A beautiful place to unwind and recharge.

Smoke from other guests next door who were smoking on their outside deck caused us to go inside. A designated smoking area would be good.

The hotel has a very good location, restaurants, night market and supermarket are all within walking distance. The pool area is very well maintained and large, there are enough loungers available and the staff is also very accommodating. The rooms are very modern, large and spacious. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, almost like in the jungle. In addition, it is a very quiet hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay and were able to enjoy the holiday.

Location of hotel is good, middle of Bang Niang Rooms: The hotel is extreme alert, you can hear every spoken word of your neighbour. Moreover, they put families with small children direct beneath a room of a couple, where estimated 2/3 of the rooms are empty (sorting families to families or keep more distance will be no problem). Inside the rooms, there is a unpleasant, stinky smell. No discription of high modern toilets, during the first night, we ar not able to flush. Staff overall is extreme friendly. Breakfast is average. Many things are available, but e.g. no aceptable sausage low selection of marmalade. The quality of the food is on a low level, staff is sometimes a little bit slopy. For the price in the low seasons more ore less acceptable, for prices in high season unacceptable. But what I am wondering: Hotel was (our estimation) about only 1/3 booked, but at breakfast, there were not that much free tables (no problem to get one, but mostly filled). I do not want to be there at high season, when fully booked The pool overall was ok, but none (!) of the jet streams in pool was working. We tried all, we can see.

I stayed in a Pool Access Room, and it was absolute perfection. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring a super comfortable king-sized bed and a luxurious rain shower. The highlight is definitely the private terrace. Step right off your balcony, and you are literally in the crystal-clear swimming pool! It is so convenient—you can go for a morning swim or lounge by the water just seconds after waking up. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Room amenities included fast Wi-Fi. This hotel is highly recommended for couples and families!
