Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

The hotel is very nice, very clean, and the staff can't do enough for you. Very reasonably priced. The staff is pretty friendly. The food is pretty good in the restaurant. The drinks at the pool bar could be a little better at happy hour,they are not full to the top,but the bartenders are very nice. I would like to mention Top. He has been amazing. Friendly, makes you feel like you've known him forever. He can't do enough for you and takes much pride in his job. I would say a very nice place to stay. You can walk down the beach. And there are restaurants that we found to be very good as well.

Great hotel. Comfortable, safe, moderno, clean and in the very first line of Kamala Beach. The restaurant and breakfast are superb Jerey and Katy were very nice at the Front desk, with great hospitality.

Horrible horrible hotel. Pool being renovated and full of crap, tools and constant noise. We cannot open our balcony doors because the smell is awful. Staff said it’s the hotel next door’s garbage. The pool towels are old and ratty, the shower water is slightly above cold, so don’t expect a hot shower. No face washers, no hair conditioner. It’s a one star motel at best. I voiced my concerns to staff, but they seemed uninterested. This is not Novotel or Accor standard. Very disappointed. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend to anyone. We come to Thailand twice a year.

The hotel offers excellent service, and the staff are very helpful—especially Pop, who is incredibly kind and accommodating.

It is rare to leave a hotel with the feeling that you were not simply guests, but that you were truly seen, valued and cared for. Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach was simply beyond all expectations. We have travelled to many places, but the warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness we experienced here made our stay truly special. There is honestly nothing we could fault. From the housekeeping team, who made sure everything was perfect every day, to the reception, restaurant and all the little details throughout our stay – everything reflected people who genuinely care about their guests. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Pop and her wonderful colleagues at the reception. Your professionalism, beautiful smiles and genuine kindness made such a strong impression on us. From the very first moment, you made us feel welcome, and that is something we will carry with us. A huge thank you to Charlie and her colleagues in the restaurant. My sister is vegan, and the way you took her dietary needs into consideration was truly wonderful. You were attentive, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure she had good options and felt completely included. It was clear that it was not simply about serving food – it was about making her feel cared for and welcome. ❤️ And a very special thank you to Mix Yae Mori from the Crystal Shop. Your warmth, kindness and lovely personality also made a lasting impression on us. It is people like you whom we remember long after the holiday is over. We would also like to give our heartfelt thanks to the entire housekeeping team. Your work may not always be the first thing guests mention, but it certainly makes a difference. Thank you for your care, attention to detail and kindness, and for helping make our stay so comfortable. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. To us, a truly great hotel is not only about a beautiful room, a wonderful restaurant or a great location. It is about the people. And Novotel Kamala Beach has some truly wonderful people.
