Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Pullman for one night during our honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and everyone went out of their way to make our honeymoon feel special. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over the sea. We watched an unforgettable sunset before enjoying an incredible steak dinner as the last of the sun disappeared below the horizon. To make the evening even more special, the team surprised us with a beautiful dessert served on a personalised board with our names on it – such a thoughtful touch that we will always remember. One of the biggest surprises was the beach. Just a short walk below the hotel is a gorgeous stretch of golden sand with crystal-clear water. It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. We spent hours there and even came away with a little sunburn because we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast the following morning was absolutely fantastic. The choice was incredible, with something to suit every taste and culture. Whether you wanted a full cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, Asian dishes, or healthier options, there was an amazing selection. It was one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced and catered brilliantly for guests of all ages and backgrounds. The room, facilities, and attention to detail were all excellent, creating the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. Thank you to everyone at Pullman for making part of our honeymoon so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway and can’t wait to return one day.

We stayed at Pullman Naithon Beach for a couple of nights. Overall a good experience with a few remarks. The hillside location is not bad, typical for a nice tropical island location, providing a potentially nice sunset view at some times a year. but there is no direct hotel-operated beach. They provide a relatively convenient beach access (a stroll down the hill) which is adjacent at Naithon beach which is a small, but fine strip of sand that is not too heavily frequented and not as exploited as so many others on Phuket. The room is spacious, overall layout like so many basic hotel rooms, but well kept and clean. What was not so good is the overall smell (moldy, slightly musky smell, which is almost unavoidable in a moist, tropical setting, especially just after the rainy season - hence not necessarily the hotels fault, but not sure if the can do more to prevent it - some other higher end hotels can do it). Also, not directedly the hotels fault, we had some upstairs neighbors who kept moving items around the room (not sure if it was their own stuff like luggage or hotel-furniture), but my wife was bothered by it at night and early morning for quite some time, as the screechy, mentally noise went through the walls quite easily. When mentioning it to the hotel manager, he apologized, but was not very proactive about it (my wife suggested that adding some soft of felt padding to the furniture legs would likely eliminate this was not truly received from what I could gather). The front desk staff at the checkout however were so kind to offer a reduction of a meal charge from a previous night as an apology. Thank you for this gesture! We had dinner at ECHO two nights. we were served by K. Ploy who was very attentive and keenly interested in providing great service. We enjoyed the food, though not many vegetarian options, the ones provided were filling and well executed. The breakfast buffet had everything to offer one could wish for, from custom juices to many vegetarian (protein) options, to rarely seen at hotel buffet Thai items - just make sure you wander around and search for all of it as it is quite extensive and spread out. The entire team lead by manager K. Orn did an amazing job keeping the service smooth and organized. We got even a special tray with sweet treats from them so I want to mention all of the staff by name: Orn, Nueng, Too, Nana, Bowy, Khaw, Jeaw, Sine, Ta, Poopay, Jane, Bee, Aomsin, Kokkai, A, Bang, Arm, Mink, Ploy, Name, Meji, Sam & Maxim. I likely met all of them throughout the service and possibly talked to about half of them, which always provides a nice, personal touch... nobody was ever idle by, they all knew what to do and did it with a smile on their faces. Thanks for a great service to all!! Another mention is the well kept fitness center. A lady (whose name I sadly don't know), was super enthusiastic and helpful, showing my wife how to use the equipment. Any hotel having a staff with a dedication like hers is truly privileged....

Echo Restaurant The breakfast selection here is delightfully diverse, featuring a fresh salad bar, a variety of pastries, and made-to-order fresh juices. I would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service: K.Khao promptly accommodated us with seating, K.Orn provided helpful recommendations on local Thai specialties, and K.Pupay and K.Neung maintained attentive service throughout. Special thanks to Jaew for serving a wonderfully rich Thai-style coffee. This experience is truly unique and unmatched anywhere else.

Great experience in Vero restaurant. All the staff were amazing. Especially MIW, she did a fantastic service and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The massage experience is very good & professional. Highly recommended.
