Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

Time run so fast. August 2025 i went to stay and talked with Khun Bow, that this year 2026, I will come to stay for 6 times. and today already finished the 6 times i said. I just want to thank you for all the rooms she gave me during our stays at Pullman. I am appreciated all the offers and services that i have received. all the rooms i stayed have very beautiful view. all the people there work very hard, which i could not mention all the names who create special time for me and i think many people who visit pullman. i wished that pullman naithorn will solve all the problems they have now and continue this excellent hospitality in the near future.

The website does not do this place justice. It’s beautiful beyond the pictures, the personnel are friendly and great. The spa services are very relaxing and wonderful staff.

We are not exactly undiscerning travelers. After a week at the Pullman Arcadia Naithon Beach we left this morning with full hearts, great memories and the feeling, that some hotels do manage to make their guests really feel at home and very welcome and have the nicest employees with genuine smiles who spoil their guests with small things and gestures. We chose the hotel as Accor members due to the close distance to the airport and the location on that little hill overlooking the ocean. We had booked hotel transportation via the Pullman and were picked up as promised. The drive to the hotel was only 20 mins in a nice car. Check in was efficient yet relaxed, the reception area is a very welcoming place where the first glimpses of the ocean, the blues and the greens can be caught. All employees are genuinely sweet and offer the nicest smiles, from receptionists to restaurant angels, housekeeping and maintenance crew. There were only a few steps down to the beach, where we went for long strolls every day. It’s a relatively clean big and beautiful public beach without umbrellas so spending too much time there was not an option for us, we preferred sun beds in the shade at one of the two hotel pools. The bigger one is for all guests and beautifully located closer to the beach, overlooking the ocean and greenery, the other one is higher up the hill for adults only - not really quiet as one might expect as adult groups can be as noisy as children :)) Both pools are wonderful and offer great views and wonderful bar and pool food service. The gym is decent and also up the hill with great views. What we had not known prior to our arrival was that there are free classes every day, so we were pleasantly surprised. Apropos hill: guests CAN walk everywhere but can also be taken up- or downhill by buggies. It’s not that hard though and we very much enjoyed walking up and down through greenery, along waterfalls and lotus flowers and seeing the ocean from almost everywhere. We had a very beautiful ocean view room with private balcony which was spacious, impeccably clean and well taken care of with great and very thoughtful housekeeping service and a wonderfully working aircon. After walking by the pool villas we decided next time we’ll treat ourselves to a pool villas though :) There are various dining options on the premises and after trying all of them out we got stuck at Vero, the Italian restaurant, almost very night. Yes, it’s not very adventurous to eat Italian almost every day when coming from Europe BUT apart from the great Italian food and perfect service the tables outside along the pond with views of the ocean and the sunset, overhearing the cicadas and frogs, the sounds of the tropical greenery, the mild breeze, the glittering water, are just too good not to sit at and enjoy food and couple time and life in general. Chef Stefano came by every time for a quick chat and went out of his way to prepare a special dish for me just because I’m not a fan of potatoes. Apart from the main menu there is a billboard with the specials of the day which change every few days so eating at Vero never gets boring. The bread basket which is served with the drinks is sooo good. That said, food and seating at the Echo restaurant (Thai with a twist) is also very nice. Mexican Lunch at the adult pool is also highly recommended. The drinks and cocktails (“The Passionist” and fresh mango juice were our faves) are absolutely great. We had a couples treatment at the Spa and enjoyed a wonderful Thai sports massage by Kelly and Tanya who made it possible to relax in these beautiful surroundings while still heavily working our muscles and joints. Highly recommended. Among many highlights we experienced every day breakfast was maybe number one. We travel a lot and have enjoyed (or not!) various types of breakfast but the Echo breakfast is in our top 3. It took us a few days to discover every nook and pot and eat ourselves through the tasty food of several continents. There is nothing you would miss and if it’s not there they’ll get it for you. Nothing seems impossible. I treated myself to a veggie smoothie every day, apart from many other (not so healthy) goodies, where I selected my veggies and fruit and a sweet employee would mix it for me. I’ve never felt so healthy. The Pullman set a high bar here! 10/10 for one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. Did I mention the great view over pool and ocean already while enjoying breakfast? We found it very convenient to go down the few steps to the beach and also find a pharmacy, a supermarket and many other stores to stroll around in the afternoon. What really touched us deeply was a farewell surprise during breakfast on our last day where we received a nicely decorated plate with chocolates and a good bye card with all employees’ names on it. Sometimes it’s the small things that make you feel special. Thank you, wonderful Echo team. So all in all we knew we had not chosen a bad hotel when we made the booking a few months back but how lucky we were to have picked an apparently warmly managed paradise we did now know. We highly recommend the hotel to couples and families, you’ll be taken care of excellently. We will be back for sure.

This was an amazing unexpected experience..we didn't know what to expect but from the time we landed and got picked up by the welcome team to the time we left everything was super impressive. One of the best breakfast spreads to the amazing pool and bar staff and the rest of the workforce who could not have been more helpful. The room was superb and the outlook beautiful. Nai Thon beach is a hidden gem. We will be back

Dao the manager was so awesome & friendly! The receptionist was as well. The masseuse herself was absolutely phenomenal. I could feel toxins & stress leaving my body. 10 out of 10 experience.
