Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak

This is our second stay at The Ramada and we are enjoying our stay. The staff are pleasant the location is good and it’s right on the beach front and very walkable to many little restaurants and the local markets. The Rooms are immaculate and breakfast is divine with lots of choices to start your day and a good restaurant overlooking the sea for lunch and dinner. I wouldn’t say it is the greatest if you have children there isn’t much for kids to do at all expect swim. The hotel is more for couples which makes it nice and relaxing.

From the check-in staff to the check-out team, room service, and everyone in between, the service has been absolutely outstanding. Every member of staff has been so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always greeting us with a beautiful smile. This has been the most relaxing holiday of my life, and I cannot thank the team enough for making our stay so special. A very special thank you to **Wawa and Noni at the restaurant**, who made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We have not only enjoyed a wonderful holiday but have also made friendships that we will cherish forever. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff have made this experience truly unforgettable. I would love to return next year! Thank you to the entire team for creating such beautiful memories and making us feel so at home. You are all amazing! ❤️

Location is perfect and not far from shops and the late night market and Thai boxing shows and the beach is on your doorstep. The food is great and the prices over here are sooooo affordable and great value for money on the hotel and all the staff are very attentive to your needs and will check on you throughout the day and everyone is helpful and the place is cleaned

A great hotel and good location and the weather participated on Bang Niang beach Andaman sea and the pool was warm and the cocktails were cold had a great holiday thank you all at the Ramada hotel

Our initial stay as a family via luxury escapes was great, breakfast & lunch/dinner included, 1 hour happy hour, & 1 massage per adult. The resort was quiet due to wet season. With 10 children in our group they took up the whole play area which had a table tennis and billiard table. The few activities for the children is cute but only for small groups so can’t imagine how that works with more people. Staff were always lovely. Location was fantastic and convenient. However it was really bad when our flight returning home was cancelled. We had already missed out on the start of our holiday due to cancelled flight leaving home (don’t fly jetsar). Ramada tried to charge us THB9500 for one night and late check out of 6pm – only breakfast included. If we booked online the cost of 2 nights was about the same! But the hotel insisted we needed to check out first. So with low occupancy and our group of 6 rooms had paid for 7 days (which we didn’t use all) I thought that was not very nice. We ended up paying LESS for 2 rooms that was nicer (the adults and kids previously at Ramada shared one room) plus late check out at La Flora resort next door which had 3 different pools and the breakfast was even more yummy and ocean side! So would suggest checking out next door also if you are considering Ramada.
