Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak

Location is perfect and not far from shops and the late night market and Thai boxing shows and the beach is on your doorstep. The food is great and the prices over here are sooooo affordable and great value for money on the hotel and all the staff are very attentive to your needs and will check on you throughout the day and everyone is helpful and the place is cleaned

A great hotel and good location and the weather participated on Bang Niang beach Andaman sea and the pool was warm and the cocktails were cold had a great holiday thank you all at the Ramada hotel

Our initial stay as a family via luxury escapes was great, breakfast & lunch/dinner included, 1 hour happy hour, & 1 massage per adult. The resort was quiet due to wet season. With 10 children in our group they took up the whole play area which had a table tennis and billiard table. The few activities for the children is cute but only for small groups so can’t imagine how that works with more people. Staff were always lovely. Location was fantastic and convenient. However it was really bad when our flight returning home was cancelled. We had already missed out on the start of our holiday due to cancelled flight leaving home (don’t fly jetsar). Ramada tried to charge us THB9500 for one night and late check out of 6pm – only breakfast included. If we booked online the cost of 2 nights was about the same! But the hotel insisted we needed to check out first. So with low occupancy and our group of 6 rooms had paid for 7 days (which we didn’t use all) I thought that was not very nice. We ended up paying LESS for 2 rooms that was nicer (the adults and kids previously at Ramada shared one room) plus late check out at La Flora resort next door which had 3 different pools and the breakfast was even more yummy and ocean side! So would suggest checking out next door also if you are considering Ramada.

Fabulous resort, room and grounds beautifully clean. Sassi Bar has a very extensive menu, all of which is delicious! Clearly prepared and cooked from fresh. What makes this hotel special is the staff… I cannot praise them highly enough; nothing is too much trouble and they are there to make your holiday as perfect as possible! Shout out to the “A Team” at Sassi’s; Nook, Wa Wa, Nonny, Joe, Jaccky. They made our holiday!!

A truly great stay. All aspects of the hotel and grounds were exemplary. From check in to check out, staff without exception, were friendly, helpful and professional. Food and drink reflected the standards found in the rest of this hotel. In my experience, anyone who stays here can expect a similarly wonderful time.
