Rawai Palm Beach Resort

This hotel is a scamer hotel. Let me explain. They sell at Agoda for cheap and when you check with hotel reservation you will find that they do not recognize agoda.. what a joke.. they even told me to purchase again from their own website for double the price .. i simply will ask you to avoid such a scam hotel especially if you are with family.I HAVE PROOF OF THE CLAIM I AM DOING HERE.

I've been to phuket a few times but not with a young child so I wanted a quiet area close to facilities. Overall I loved Rawai palm beach and we didn't want to leave. The stand out things are the pool and the staff. My 6 year old loved the pool, there was so much to explore. The staff were lovely, they remembered names, always very friendly and helpful and would call out to my daughter whenever they saw us. Nadia in particular was just lovely, funny and welcoming, she also made amazing drinks at the bar, I recommend a mango daiquiri or shake! It was a good location, quiet with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is tidy and clean and well presented. We were on floor 5 at the back so pretty quiet, room was nice and had everything we needed. Theres a mini bar and the prices were good (e.g. 35 baht for a coke) and 2 bottles of water were provided everyday. A few things need updating and they were gradually updating rooms as well as building a new breakfast area while we were there which looked really nice. We were B&B, Breakfast was good, plenty of options (Thai noodles or rice, egg station, bread/pastries, fruit, continental and the usual bacon/sausages) but we didn't go everyday as we were there for 2 weeks. We also found some fab cafes in Rawai we couldn't resist going back to. I recommend We Cafe and Vida Nova. We thought the food and drink served at the pool bar and white palm restaurant was good value with plenty of options for Thai and western food. There isn't a bar once the pool bar closes but I didn't think this was a bad thing as it kept the hotel quiet and you don't need to walk far to find a bar! We used the shuttle bus once to go to Nai Harn beach which is worth a visit. You do need to pre book this as they won't run it otherwise. Rawai itself is just what we wanted. Quiet but has everything you need with great restaurants a few minutes walk away as well as many shops. We love Thai food and seafood, our favourite was Nikitas for the food, service and a lovely location by the sea. With kids I recommend Rawai park, we spent nearly all day there as the rain was on and off. My daughter loved it and the cafe was also really good for some child free time! For trips I recommend Phuket Mountain Elephant care. We had a great time with the Elephants, making food, feeding them and washing them. We used the Grab app for taxi trips as it was good value, also very easy to use. I would return here.

Breakfast was good, everything you could want. The pool was fantastic, Pool bar food/drinks were all reasonably priced & cocktails tasted amazing (I was concerned before coming because i saw afew reviews saying that pool bar was very expensive, but that was not the case!) We had a pool access room would highly recommend, beautifully cleaned daily. Only down side was our air conditioner was not very cold, my mums room next door was freezing. All staff are friendly but we found English not good at reception desk. Sooo many options to eat outside of the hotel 👌

Myself and my partner and kids arrived for first time in Thailand. The hotel is amazing the rooms are clean and tidy and kept up well. There's something at breakfast for everyone. Staff well Nadia at the pool bar just melted all our hearts with kindness shown. The staff on reception exceptional. Even the local taxi Juan is a asset to the hotel with his local knowledge and kindness. Me and my wife have booked again next year and cannot wait to return. Once again a big thank you

We stayed here for a few days on our vacation, the hotel isgreat across from the beach. Everything was great, They have daily shttles back and forth to the local beaches which is great. The beds and pilllows are good. The breakfast is nothing special. As the breakfast was included we put up with it. The pool was nice after a day at the beach.
