Reneissance Phuket Resort & Spa

The hotel is very chic style. We spent time here with family for 4 nights and the villa is really beautiful with our own pool. I’d like to special thanks for Ms. Pleng, Ms. Seen, and Ms. Nuch for their work hard throughout the stay. Meeting such friendly staff is the best luck in a country isn’t your home country. Thanks again all for your lovely and warm welcome.

We were truly impressed by the warm welcome from Khun Fah and Khun Orn (Duty Manager), who made us feel right at home. They also kindly extended our check-out time, allowing us to enjoy more time relaxing and exploring the resort ♥️ The resort itself offers such a peaceful vibe, away from the crowds, with unique and beautiful architecture. We were also pleasantly surprised by the room. Even though we stayed in a standard room, it was incredibly spacious at 46 sqm and very comfortable. The highlight of our trip, and what truly blew us away, was the breakfast! Not only was there a wide variety of options, including plenty of inclusive choices, but everything tasted absolutely delicious. It was honestly the best breakfast we’ve had at any Marriott hotel in Thailand. A special shout-out to the chefs, who thoughtfully crafted every dish with passion and attention to detail. Yunami is also a place we will definitely come back to. The food was absolutely amazing, and Khun Yang provided incredible and attentive service throughout our meal. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was handled professionally. Especially, Ms. Aon front Desk. Highly recommend this hotel.

A heartfelt thank you to Khun Aon, Khun Gas, and Khun Seen for making my birthday truly special and unforgettable. From the moment I entered the room, I was amazed by the thoughtful room upgrade and fabulous birthday decorations. Every detail was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that so much care and attention had gone into making this celebration meaningful. The wonderful surprises at every step made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. The level of hospitality and personalized service I experienced was truly exceptional — one of the best hotel experiences I have ever received anywhere in the world. It is these thoughtful touches and genuine dedication from the team that make a stay so memorable. Thank you once again, Khun Aon, Khun Gas, and Khun Seen and the entire team for creating such beautiful birthday memories for me. I sincerely appreciate your kindness, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. I hope to return to Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa for many more special days in the future, and I truly hope to see you all again. ❤️ Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable!
