Reneissance Phuket Resort & Spa

They are very approachable and kind to the kids. We had party bubbles yesterday and we like it the kids had fun and this afternoon we had sans candle and diy bracelets and the staff helped us. We had fun. Thanks🥳☺️

Excellent staff.. they upgraded me to beachfront villa ( me being a bonvoy member, so privilege comes alongwith ), but more than that the experience was personalised in lot of ways.. Especially want to appreciate "Sandee" at reception, who made our stay memorable. Its a beautiful, well maintained property with excellent private beach access and a really beautiful breakfast restaurant .. It's a little away from market places but they have a free shuttle service in every half an hour from the resort. Highly recommended.

The kids club was really nice especially neena and ming made our first solo trip just me and my son really special ❤️

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The hotel made her birthday extra special with a lovely birthday cake, adorable towel animals, and a heartwarming birthday celebration at the restaurant. The beautifully renovated facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was fantastic, from the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional service and thoughtful hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday so memorable! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

It was my first time in Thailand and it was just perfect! The staff is sooo sweet, caring and welcoming, especially R, Sek and Sun. They provided the best service by the pool and the beach, always polite and sincere. Also, we visited all the hotel restaurants, Yunami and Takieng were our favorites. Sushi and wague at Yunami as great as in Japan (their chef is Japanese), and the Thai dishes at Takieng were delicious as well. A special thank you to Big, Amy, and MaMa! These waiters were incredibly pleasant and lovely to talk to. They went above and beyond, and even gifted us a wonderful aroma oil! With deep respect to the Thai people and culture, Nika.
