BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang - Adults Only

We stayed here for 2 weeks on a half board basis. The hotel was fabulous for location 5 min walk to a beautiful beach where we spent our mornings and a further 5 mins to the busy town of Ao nang, loads of shops, restaurants and night life. The hotel itself is modern and clean, loved the little things the hotel provides. Our room was over looking the back of the hotel with a view of the new night market, and the famous limestone cliffs.The room itself was clean and spacious, cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding if you wanted. The staff at the hotel are all so friendly and will help you 24hrs with whatever you need. Very friendly security also at the front of hotel. FOOD: Breakfast was really good with lots of choice thai and western and plenty of bread or pastry options. If your half board you can choose lunch or dinner to have at the twice a day cafe. The food there was so good, large portions and cooked to perfection every time. However, if your not half board plenty of food options In town or along the beach front. POOL: 2 amazing rooftop pools with cool waters and plenty of sunbeds. Also a ground floor pool but they include the swim up rooms. All pools have a bar where you can have cocktails or other beverages and food, although we didn't eat there. Happy hour both pools twice a day 2 cocktails for the price of one which we indulged daily during our lazy afternoon pool time. TIPS: don't bring a towel if your staying at the hotel for your holiday duration as you can get a beach towel for a 100 bht deposit and fresh daily pool towels at each pool. Bring a refillable water bottle as the hotel has a water fountain in the main lobby. BIRTHDAY: 2 days into our stay it was my birthday which my partner mentioned to the hotel staff when we checked in and after a beach and pool day we returned to our room to my surprise the staff had placed towel designs on our bed which consisted of bows and a cake made of towels with flowers on and a really tasty birthday cake to eat. RECOMENDATION: if i was to be picky and make an improvement comment on this hotel, I would just say to have the half board menu with more options and more Thai dishes and less western but that is only a comment it certainly did not ruin our holiday and as above the food was so good there. I had a fantastic body scrub and massage by Kae she is brilliant, 2 hours of heaven . Such lovely ladies work so hard and are still so happy and friendly from the minute you walk in until you leave . Choice of massage oils , herbal tea beforehand then after a hot tea and cookie . Worth every penny , my friend had Junny who she said was just as lovely as Kae . Thank ladies

I had a massage from Junny! It was absolutely amazing. The pressure was perfect. All the stretching to go with it was amazing and she was very thorough throughout and focused on the areas I needed work on. And overall left me feeling really relaxed and stress free. My body feels so good afterwards! I would definitely recommend!!
