Centara Life Phu Pano Resort Krabi

Great location, love the view and great service 🤍

This hotel is under refurbishment. We were not told this before otherwise we would of booked somewhere else. There was a makeshift reception, makeshift bar and makeshift eating area. You could not relax by the pool as the contractors worked every day til late in the evening. The door to our room was so stiff to open. The staff showed us how to open it. By barging it open. When we complained to staff they were not bothered and just said we understand refurbishment.

Old property, Lobby roof in bad shape, small rooms, cobwebs in restaurant, housekeeping staff un professional. Only grace front desk and food.

The hotel was not worth the price we paid(nearly 20k per night). it’s very far from the beach and has absolutely no facilities. the food is pathetic and staff very rude. Should not be booked under any circumstance.

Rooms were clean Beds comfortable Garden view room facing wasteland opposite Breakfast good variety Fruit selection depleted every day hit and miss Long queue for cooked eggs only one cook with one pan Good sunbeds by pool/in pool Not very restful as constant clatter from the kitchen crockery cutlery pans Pool towels good Drinks food expensive with extra tax and service charge added No mention of this on menus Good Indian/thai restaurant Papaya Excellent Thai restaurant called Enjoy near hotel Shuttle bus into resort centre and Aonang beach
