Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort

An amazing kids’ club that made my son’s holiday! We stayed at Sofitel Krabi for a week, and my son absolutely loved the kids’ club. He was there every day, from around 9am until 5pm, entirely by choice! There was so much to keep him busy that he was more interested in joining in with the activities than spending time with me. It really made his holiday, and he thoroughly enjoyed his lunch every single day too. A huge thank you to Anfield, Sandy, Prae and Sanin. These wonderful ladies were always smiling, cheerful and welcoming, and so attentive towards my son. I absolutely adored the whole team. Their warmth and enthusiasm made it such a lovely place for him to spend his days, and it was clear how much care they put into looking after the children. Sometimes I would see the team walking the children to the pool from my bedroom balcony, and even in those little moments, I could see how attentive and caring they were. As a parent, being able to relax knowing your child feels happy, safe and well looked after means so much. I would not hesitate to use this kids’ club again. My son had the most wonderful time, and the team’s lovely message after we left was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you, Anfield, Sandy, Prae and Sanin, for taking such good care of him and making his week so special. You are a real credit to the hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this resort with a historical flair. Everything is clean and family friendly. The breakfast is superb.

Sofitel Krabi is a massive, beautiful property spanning 120 acres with 276 well-appointed rooms. The highlight is easily the lagoon pool—the largest in Thailand—which is incredible to lounge around. The rooms are spotless, plush, and fully equipped with great amenities. Breakfast was delicious with tons of variety, and booking an island tour directly through the hotel made for a fantastic, stress-free day trip. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommended!

Celebrating my birthday with my mother and family at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort was a truly special experience. What made this stay memorable was not just the beautiful resort, but the people who made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our visit. A big thank-you to Khun Gam-Sudarat, Reservation Supervisor, for helping arrange our stay. Thank you to Khun Apple for assisting with check-in, Khun Thalia for the warm welcome, Khun Blues for escorting us to our rooms and explaining the facilities, and Khun JJ for helping with our luggage. I would also like to thank Khun Tom for taking lovely family photos for us. These pictures mean a lot to me because they capture precious moments with my mother and family that we can look back on for years to come. My sincere thanks to Khun Nueng, Spa Manager, for her warm welcome and helpful advice when I purchased Essence de Sofitel. I am also grateful to Khun Zeya from La Boutique for the lovely hotel-themed birthday card. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and I will keep it as a special reminder of this birthday. The birthday decorations prepared by the housekeeping team were another lovely touch. Walking into the room and seeing the surprise genuinely made me smile. Thank you to everyone behind this thoughtful gesture. We stayed in Rooms 172, 163, and 164, and I truly appreciate the care shown to our family. Although I may not know everyone’s name, please know that every smile, greeting, and kind gesture made a difference. For me, the best part of this birthday was simply being able to spend time with my mother and family. The team’s kindness made those moments even more special. It reminded me that great hospitality is not only about the facilities or the beautiful surroundings, but also about how people make you feel. Thank you to the entire team at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra for making this birthday one to remember. We left with happy hearts, beautiful family photos, and a lovely birthday card that will always remind us of our stay.
