Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort

Ying provided the most relaxing and restorative massage experience. I truely felt looked after and my nervous system reset. The stress came out of me and the only issue is that I probably snored too loud as a fell asleep. The spa is a must try

Nice hotel with huge swimming pool. Breakfast was 1st class.

Service here is incredible! We had Nuchanat Pathan at the front desk help us with pillow service which is so important for my wife for her sleep. Nuchanat went out of her way to remember us by name, gave me a card on my birthday and to make our stay especially memorable. Will definitely be back again to this extraordinary hotel service. It’s the people that count!

The hotel was wonderful!!! The stuff was very kind, nice and patient. The food was excellent.

A special thank you to Kim, the Customer Relations Manager! We had an issue with our room, and Kim completely changed our experience for the better. She took personal responsibility, was proactive from the beginning, followed up with us, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. What impressed us most was her genuine personal attention and the feeling that she truly cared about our experience at the hotel. We were surprised to learn that she has only been in this position for about a month and a half. She is already doing an excellent job, and we’re confident she will make a very positive impact on the guest experience at Sofitel Krabi. Thank you, Kim, for taking such good care of us!
