Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort

The hotel was wonderful!!! The stuff was very kind, nice and patient. The food was excellent.

A special thank you to Kim, the Customer Relations Manager! We had an issue with our room, and Kim completely changed our experience for the better. She took personal responsibility, was proactive from the beginning, followed up with us, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. What impressed us most was her genuine personal attention and the feeling that she truly cared about our experience at the hotel. We were surprised to learn that she has only been in this position for about a month and a half. She is already doing an excellent job, and we’re confident she will make a very positive impact on the guest experience at Sofitel Krabi. Thank you, Kim, for taking such good care of us!

Great ambient for drinking and relaxing at Exploer Bar in Sofitel Phokeethra Krabi. There is live music, the singer Khriesie has beautiful voice and staffs (Tad/Ray/Pocus) are really friendly and hospitality

There are so many great things about this hotel. Firstly the newly renovated signature rooms are absolutely stunning and with the cleaning staff of K.Nut/K.Bus and K.Rusnee it was always a pleasure to return to our room, it just sparkled everyday we were there. Other highlights of this property are always the excellent and varied breakfasts and always looked after By K.Nitta and Jinny who have been looking after us for many years now. Also there is now a new paddle court which we are sure will get a lot use and not to forget the new ice-cream parlour by the massive pool. There is something for everyone who visits whether it just beginning pampered, laying in the sun or having a round of golf this is a great place to stay . A special thank you this time to K.Ple and K.Pepsie in the executive lounge for looking after us over our 7 day stay and also to John the new hotel manager. Thank you for making our stay another memorable one. We will definitely be back again.

I would really recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to relax, enjoy the beach, great/ superb service mind teams. I have been visiting many hotels around the world, never had any wonderful experience as this hotel. Start from the hotel manager, he is French (John/ Tom); we spoke every time we meet at the hotel). He, himself greets any guests he meets, very polite with great smiles. Make any guests feel comfortable. Staff at the hotel, really provide great service (more than I would expect ;D), nice, kind and very polite. Ladies at the lounge (Dina- if not mistaken her name, and Pepsi) are very kind from the day 1 I checked in. My husband just showed a team member at the lounge that he likes this cake (but it was not on the service that day), a few moments later, she came in with a plate of that cake in hand for his. We felt very special! Thank you so much!! White Lotus restuarant, all the staff are really great! polite, checking on us on how the food was, chatted with us to share places we could go, what we could do! (Sao/ Lita/ May/ Jib/ Som/K/Mook and with the chefs Chef Jay and Mahabir. Indian food was great!!! Last compliment I want to give, the HR and People team, I feel that you have done a superb job (of course with the managers as well), in recruiting such a special team. Right people for the right job (very service mind). It is not easy to find but this is really incredible! I will surely come back again soon, and will also share this experience with whoever wants to come to Krabi!!!
