The Elements Krabi Resort

We stayed 1 night late arrival before going to Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton. Transfer, checking all were OK. Room is fine. Restaurant is really good with several options and reasonable prices. When we checked out next day to go to Phulay Bay, they stopped us in reception not allowing entering the car because we did not return 2 simple key cards for room. We are asked to go to room to check them with house keeping. Really a big shame for hotel.

Nice resort with positive and helpful staff. It was a bit quiet due to the war in the middel east but that suited us just fine. Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool area. The sunset from the beach just over the street from the resort was lovely. Tips to the hotel: cooperate with the nearby shops and institutions and clean a part of the beach once a year. It only takes a few hours and it would make a great impact. Without life wests, shoes and plastic it would look even better.

A wonderful place to stay with extremely helpful, friendly staff. The Reception team gave us a lovely welcome, the food and beverage team were brilliant and the food was awesome. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and the aircon was great too.

Fabulous hotel in a very quiet area. Excellent staff. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is set in beautifully landscaped gardens. One of the nicest swimming pools we’ve used. We had a room on the top floor with a bath. The room was very spacious, with beautiful bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Efficient A/C and wi-if, comfortable bed. Very clean. We enjoyed late afternoons on the balcony listening to the birds. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the night market. There are a number of restaurants nearby, all of which were excellent and very reasonable. There is a 7/11 less than 10 min walk away. We would definitely return.

A little gem. Good food at restaurant. Lovely pool. Staff always smiling. Beach across road not the best. 7/11 and s couple of restaurants/ bar 300 metres away. Free shuttle bus in afternoon and evening to ao nang. Wish I had stayed longer.
