The Elements Krabi Resort

We stayed here in quiet season for 4 nights. The hotel was traditional Thai style, clean with lovely grounds and the staff were all so welcoming and kind. Checking in was like being shown to your room by a family member you have never met, honestly never before have we seen such a kind welcome. Breakfast was a la carte and it was lovely and served by an amazing team and their new training staff. There is a 7 11 close by but other than that it is remote. You can borrow bikes for free which is a great idea. The beach outside the hotel isn't great it felt industrial but you can go 5 minutes each way from the hotel to the main beaches in the area. We took many local taxi, bolt worked fine. Ao Nang was about 250 each way. We also went Krabi town that was about 400 each way (just under). The hotel run a free bus to the night market which was great. We took a boat from Ao Nang to Railey Beach whilst there that was great too. The rooms had everything you need from slippers, robes, umbrella, beach bag, pool towels. If you want noise, bars etc don't stay here but if you seek lovely people, quiet, chill and relaxation do visit you will love it. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, keep being amazing.

We stayed 1 night late arrival before going to Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton. Transfer, checking all were OK. Room is fine. Restaurant is really good with several options and reasonable prices. When we checked out next day to go to Phulay Bay, they stopped us in reception not allowing entering the car because we did not return 2 simple key cards for room. We are asked to go to room to check them with house keeping. Really a big shame for hotel.

Nice resort with positive and helpful staff. It was a bit quiet due to the war in the middel east but that suited us just fine. Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool area. The sunset from the beach just over the street from the resort was lovely. Tips to the hotel: cooperate with the nearby shops and institutions and clean a part of the beach once a year. It only takes a few hours and it would make a great impact. Without life wests, shoes and plastic it would look even better.

A wonderful place to stay with extremely helpful, friendly staff. The Reception team gave us a lovely welcome, the food and beverage team were brilliant and the food was awesome. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and the aircon was great too.

Fabulous hotel in a very quiet area. Excellent staff. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is set in beautifully landscaped gardens. One of the nicest swimming pools we’ve used. We had a room on the top floor with a bath. The room was very spacious, with beautiful bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Efficient A/C and wi-if, comfortable bed. Very clean. We enjoyed late afternoons on the balcony listening to the birds. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the night market. There are a number of restaurants nearby, all of which were excellent and very reasonable. There is a 7/11 less than 10 min walk away. We would definitely return.
