The L Resort Krabi

Great location it’s across the road from Ao Nang beach, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the boat harbour for all tour bookings. We stayed in the Double Deluxe pool access room and it was very clean, comfortable they have seperate pool & bathroom towels. Coffee machine with coffee pods in the room just got to get your own milk from 7 Eleven that is walking distance away. The staff were wonderful and our flight was a red eye, management gave us a late check out without charge which was very helpful.

Nice hotel perfectly situated opposite the sea on the start of the beachroad. In the middle of restaurants,bars and shops The hotel is not too big just right. Nice pool, were you can order drinks and tasty food The food and drinks are very cheap/reasonable priced The staff at the reception and pool actually all the staff are extremely friendly. The room is superclean,great bathroom,rainshower You can hear a bit of nightlife noise but we slept great If we would come back to Krabi this would be our choice again 100%

We recently stayed at L Resort in Krabi and overall had a pleasant experience, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent location. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the middle of the action, which makes it incredibly convenient for restaurants, shops, and the beach. The downside of this, of course, is that the area can be quite noisy. Personally, this didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might want to keep it in mind. Despite the name, it feels less like a full resort and more like a small hotel. That said, it’s very clean and well maintained, and the pool area is lovely and a great place to relax during the day. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great service like this should never be taken for granted, and L Resort has it in abundance. The rooms are a little dated and could definitely benefit from some upgrading. One issue that really stood out is the adjoining room doors. They offer almost no sound insulation or privacy. We were lucky to have considerate neighbours, but it genuinely sounded at times like they were in the room with us. This is something the hotel really needs to address. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were some of the best we’ve experienced in any hotel, regardless of country or star rating. The attached restaurant is also worth mentioning. The food is good, prices are reasonable, and it’s a convenient option when you don’t feel like wandering far. Breakfasts are quite basic, but they do the job. Overall, it’s a decent hotel in a fantastic location with excellent staff. However, it does feel a little overpriced for what it is, and the 4-star rating feels somewhat optimistic given the dated rooms and privacy issues. With some upgrades and improvements to the room soundproofing, it could be much closer to that mark.

We were slightly taken aback on arrival as this hotel is not a Resort so our expectations where higher than they should have been, however, this is a fantastic hotel in the perfect location on the Ao Nang strip and directly across from the beach. Krabi is a great location to tour the islands and this hotel is the ideal place to stay. We arrived to an excellent welcome from the concierge & manager, two people who remained friendly and cooperative throughout our stay, room was spotless and cleaned to perfection daily, towels and amenities replenished as required and has the best ac system. Lovely balcony overlooking 2 pools. The pools are beautifully located in the middle of the hotel with ample sunbeds. Towels supplied free of charge for both pool and beach. Breakfast team are also lovely, friendly and welcoming, food was delicious and topped up regularly. Only small negative was the bed and pillows were a little hard but after fun filled and busy days it didn’t stop us from sleeping. Krabi is a lively hub & I don’t think you could position yourself better than this hotel. Definitely recommend.

The staff is stealing! Money and a wallet were stolen right during room cleaning. The manager confirmed the theft by the cleaning lady, but did nothing to find her, even though he had her contact information. And the worst part: the manager offered compensation from the hotel in the presence of the police, but the next day, without the police present, he refused. In other cases, the hotel is average, as advertised
