All the entertainers are great 😁, but Tito, Simo and Dali are the best. They connect wonderfully with people and do an amazing job leading water activities and other events.🤗🤗 the staff in restaurant are friendly i like all here Come to green park is the best

The hotel is stunning—both the property itself and its surroundings make a huge impression. The rooms are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere allows you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The food is delicious—there is a wide selection, and everything is fresh and tasty. There is something for everyone. The entertainment team is another huge plus! Titou Dali, Pikatchu, Simo and Simbain particular, are fantastic—full of energy, always smiling, and very dedicated. They organize plenty of interesting activities and attractions, so there is definitely no chance of getting bored. They always have something interesting to offer and know how to create a truly great atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back! ❤️

3rd time in tunisia but 1st time to this hotel. No aircon in reception welcome drink Luke warm water. Reception staff rude! Food sameish....I dont eat meat so cannot comment on other reviews about uncooked meat. Staff overworked. The rooms......on the walk to our room they have carpet...never known this abroad before...stained dirty and stunk of cat p***! Always a sewerage smell in the room. We stayed 11 days and only once was our room cleaned thoroughly despite putting the card on the door to clean. This hotel is basically a 3 star at best. Could not wait to get home. The best bit was the beach...if you could get a sunbed! Staff on the beach would gladly save you a bed for money.. even though the rules state they would remove the towels on the beds that people had put there they never did. Would not return to tunisia again. On my pictures you will see some plates outside a office on the floor..they were there our 1st day scroll through and there is another picture from day 6 same plates but more stuff added!

The waiter Mahmoud was very helpful quick and rapid with his service ensuring both our time was not wasted but also that his service was excellent

Only go if you have a case load of Imodium. At least 30 guests suffered from stomach cramps and Diarrhoea. Staff told us to find a new hotel if we were not happy. Food cold, chicken under cooked. Basically it's under new management and cuts are causing illness, overworked staff and uncleanliness.
