Eden Yasmine Resort and SPA

The area of Yasmine Hammamet is pleasant, but the stay itself was completely ruined by terrible customer service and poor hygiene standards. First, the front desk staff was completely useless and lacked basic professionalism. While I was away having lunch, a group of French guests blatantly stole my sunbed and hotel towels (keep in mind, the towel deposit is 20 TND per towel). When I went to reception for help, the receptionist simply told me it was "my problem" and refused to intervene. On top of that, another female receptionist explicitly told me I was entitled to one complimentary clothes-ironing service. However, during checkout, I was forced to pay for it. When I explained what I was told, they blamed their own staff member, claiming she "speaks poor English and explained it wrong." Expecting guests to pay for their team's miscommunication is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room cleanliness was far below standard—ants were constantly crawling all over the bed.

I loved to stay in that place. People who work here are very nice a care about people. Especially Bechir, the security man at the entrance of the hostel. Very polite and helpful. I recommend this hostel an I hope that I will be able to go there again. Thank you

This was my first visit to tunisia and I'm glad eden yasmine was my hotel, at first i was afraid that my 7 days stay will be too long but everything changed when i arrived, i was nicely welcomed and i was taken to a clean room that has been prepared for us, the food here was really tasty with alot of choices that changes everyday, there wasn't any boring night since there alot of fun animations and interactive activities, besides that the pools were clean, the staff were respectful :).

It was a lovely experience. Great welcome and joined! His servants are shrifty to whom the bodies are explained, The activities were beautiful and full of enthusiasm ، It was a place to add and the food was delicious, I like the trade and hope to return it next year

The negative reviews blow my mind. Currently staying in this hotel and have absolutely no complaints. We arrived at around 10pm so had missed dinner and I was feeling incredibly unwell. The lovely gentleman on reception ensured once we had checked in we could have some food and be brought us some lush pizza and pastries out. Food is fresh and varied and outside of the 3 set meal times there are various opportunities for snacks. Might not be the place for Brits if you're expecting beige boring food mind. Having said that, there are various different types of pizza/pasta daily. The negative comments about this being part assisted living also blow my mind. The residents and their carers do have use of the grounds but they do not interrupt any of the guests. In fact, what a beautiful setting to have a care home in! Why shouldnt they get to enjoy such beautiful grounds and weather?! They often smile and say hello when they pass. It's really lovely to see how well they are being cared for. To me it is no different than someone's elderly relative holidaying with them! The bar and restaurant staff are friendly. The rooms are beautiful (we are in a superior room). Rooms are made up daily. Cleaning staff are incredibly friendly too
