Hotel Tour Khalef

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service.

pictures are deceitful, i paid 1200 pounds plus travel to and from the airport for 7 days with my girls, thats a lot in Tunisia Dinar, boy was i dissapointed, to be fair on love holiday, i have gone on many holidays with then , this is my worst, i love morrocco, this hotel cannot be a five star hotel, its not possible, when you complain, it feels like you are complaining, they dont listen to you, poor experience with cleanliness, indoor pool was so dirty, its unbelievable , clothes were dropped for laundry returned without a slip. how do i know if my clothes are complete and that seemed like a complaint, its an overall poor experience and it is overpriced. will never return here aaain,people that like alcohol, its all inclusive, i dont drink and that is not the reason i go on holiday, i go to relax, and it was not a relaxing experience

Great hotel, all staff are friendly, kind and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. There was a problem with a light in bathroom and within minutes of reporting maintenance was there and it was fixed. The hotel is clean and well presented. Animation team provide entertainment and involve everyone who is willing to get involved throughout the day and evening. Momo, yousef, fifi, light, David, Ronaldo and akamzi to name only a few always have a smile for you, together with some mischievousness at times. Their energies are infectious. Thankyou for another stay here at this hotel.

​Our stay at Hotel Tour Khalef in Sousse was nothing short of wonderful. While the facilities and the beach were lovely, what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the exceptional team working there. ​Special Mentions: ​Housekeeping: A huge thank you to Najiba, the housekeeping manager. She is a gem! Every single day, she made sure to check in on us, asking if we were doing well and if there was anything else we needed. Her genuine care and attention to detail made us feel right at home. ​The Pool Bar: The entire team at the pool bar was fantastic and very attentive. A special shout-out to Karim—he’s a mind reader! Before we could even ask, he already knew what we needed, whether it was a cold beer or a fresh coffee. His service is next-level. ​Lobby Bar: We also received exceptional service from Fedi at the reception bar. Professional, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. ​Animation Team: The entertainment was top-notch! The animation team kept us busy and energized throughout the day with a great variety of fun and engaging activities. There was never a dull moment. ​Final Verdict: If you are looking for a place where you are treated like family, this is it. We will definitely be back!
