Hotel Tour Khalef

Stayed 10 nights with my girlfriend. Hotel impressed us massively. Great value for money but the main stand out is the staff. Malek, Sabeur, Yassine, Hamza, Ronaldo from the bar, and many many more could not do enough for us, offered great sense of humour, and always went the extra mile for anything we needed. Would recommend this resort 10 times over.

We had a great time in Tunisia at Tour Khalef. The staff are absolutely lovely, can't do enough to help and assist! Snousse in the dining room is the absolute best, can't help enough and is so friendly! Would say that the air con could do with an update in the rooms though....seemed like it was struggling to battle the summer heat most days!!

We stayed at the hotel for a week in early September. Our main observation is that this is not a 5-star hotel. Signs of heavy wear and tear are visible everywhere; the carpet in the hallways is old and stained, as are the couches downstairs in the lobby—worn and stained. The rooms are inadequately lit; they’re dark inside, the furniture shows signs of wear and tear, and the balcony is in poor condition with a damaged facade and railing. We had a room with a sea view—in reality, it was only a partial sea view. The first room we were shown to was occupied; someone else’s belongings were there. The bellhops expected a tip, they don’t want to leave, clearly demanded one. The rest of the staff also treated us much better after receiving a tip—for example, in the bars, or by the pool, where the lifeguard helped us find available lounge chairs. Overall, the staff clearly expected to receive tips. The food at lunch and dinner was average, while at breakfast there were lines for the more popular dishes, such as eggs. There was one evening when the hotel had some kind of quality control inspection, and during that dinner service was very attentive, quick, and thorough. The evening entertainment was very average. On the plus side, the location right by the sea was great; there were always sun loungers available by the sea, and the lady handing out towels by the pool was very friendly. However, the overall impression is marred by the neglected interiors, cleanliness issues, and mediocre, repetitive food. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

I have just come back from this wonderful Hotel. It was really lovely , the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food was very good and plentiful, weather was beautiful, The animation team are non stop. I really would recommend this place. We had such a great time we will be returning in May next year, it also has a private beach, stunning Sea was like stepping into a warm bath.

Really good time at this hotel staff fantastic everywhere. Food really good and plentiful. Special mention to Bassem selling trips at the hotel we did camel ride it was fantastic he is a very nice man with really good prices. We will definitely return.
