Le Sultan

5th time in Tunisia but first at this hotel. Arrival. We were greeted by friendly staff and given information a little too much to really take in all at once but we returned in the morning to clarify a couple of things. A map would have been helpful. Room. We had a sea view room with a beautiful view. The room had everything we needed and was clean. Towels changed (by a lovely room attendant) as and when we needed them,water in the carafe replaced, a fridge that actually kept things cold and a very good shower. Didn't get disturbed at night by fellow guests returning late at night or by the entertainment that we could hear and see from our lovely big balcony. Food. Always found something to eat, for either lunch and dinner, can't comment on the a la carte as didn't use it. Beach/ pool areas. No sun bed wars here as there were plenty to choose from. Beach and sea very clean no plastics around either beach area or in the sea, gentle slopping sand,there is some seaweed areas in the sea so maybe seashoes if you dont like this. Staff. Not one member of staff didn't greet us with a smile and a hello,they are so hard working,never felt the need to tip,but did on a regular basis. There are a couple of things I would like to say one has already been mentioned and that is some steps in the deep area of the pool especially when water polo is taking place would be a great benefit. The dinning area. A very big area but to me it was lacking in atmosphere, no plants or pots or maybe some traditional music playing quietly in the background would have made eating a much more pleasurable experience. I would like to mention Sammy,he shook our hands at mealtimes had our drinks waiting for us and asked about our day, very busy man but took the time to be attentive, a credit to the hotel. The waiting staff in the area with the sofas, all smiles and warm hellos of an evening, Chris needs a special mention,again a credit to the hotel,took the time to talk to us every evening. I know this is a long review but the hotel deserves it. For a last minute holiday and for what we paid i was very pleasantly impressed. Thank you to all at the hotel

Hotel is lovely but would need a taxi to go and explore. Great atmosphere very chilled and everyone so friendly we met many great people to chat and have a drink with during are stay. Room comfortable and clean towels changed when required and brilliant shower. Very quiet during the night no disturbance from people returning to there rooms. I must say there was one member of staff who really stood out for us, a older gentleman called Sammy allways working extremely hard but allways had a smile to greet us when entering the dining area for are lunch/evening meal,he is a credit to your hotel. All in all a comfortable and well rested stay. There is only one fault, maybe consider steps for getting out the pool from the deeper end only steps from the shallow end which if water polo is being played you can't get out the pool.

This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff the food is a little repetitive but a wide selection

We had a wonderful stay at Sultan Hammamet Hotel! Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the quality of service and the kindness of the staff. A special thank you to the Kids Club for the amazing and fun activities, especially the Treasure Hunt, Pony rides, Chocolate Party, and Handmade activities. The children had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed every activity A very special thank you to Mrs. Mouna, the Kids Club Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and the great care she gives to the children. We would also like to thank the entire hotel staff for their warm welcome, smiles, and excellent service Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our experience at Sultan Hammamet. We will definitely come back de you soon 🙏🤍

It was a nice holiday in this beautiful hotel . All service was good 💯. Especially the animation and the live band . The singer Houda have a real nice voice and beautiful lady . Thanks for everything that I will keep in my mind beautiful memories 🥰
