Marhaba Beach

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, especially being so close to the beach and with plenty of things to do nearby. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere, it feels relaxed during the day but still has a good energy in the evenings. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The whole hotel was kept clean, including the rooms and common areas. It was also fairly quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and always made us feel welcome. The entertainment team were definitely one of the highlights. They were fun, friendly and offered different activities during the day without being too pushy, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable too. There are also good amenities around the hotel, including the pools, beach and other facilities, so there was always something to do. Overall, I think the hotel offers really good value for money and I would happily stay here again.

Hotel Review We had a lovely stay at Marhaba Beach Hotel in Sousse, Tunisia! 🌴☀️ The hotel has a beautiful location right on the beach, with lovely views and plenty of space to relax. The pool area was great, and the beach being just steps away made it really easy to switch between relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and there was always something going on during the day and in the evenings, which gave the hotel a really fun holiday atmosphere. The food had a good variety and there were plenty of options to choose from. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the hotel itself was clean and well looked after. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Marhaba Beach. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful beach, good facilities and a friendly atmosphere. We’d definitely consider coming back! 🇹🇳❤️

Hotel Marhaba Beach was an incredible holiday, given it was our first trip to Tunisia, it couldn’t have been better! The bar staff at the beach, Mohammed and Jerry, were fantastic all day long and the reps, especially Dido, are so fun, constantly looking after you and having fun. The hotel was lovely, beach was our favourite part and the rooms were great.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and based on my stay, I would avoid it at all costs. The positives are the reception and cleaning staff, who were consistently attentive, polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, this was outweighed by numerous issues elsewhere in the hotel. One of the biggest concerns was the animation team. In particular, I found the behaviour of the male members of the team towards young girls uncomfortable and inappropriate. They were frequently staring and behaving in a way that made my teenage daughter feel very uncomfortable. In my opinion, they should concentrate more on providing quality entertainment, as the shows themselves were extremely poor. The dining experience was also very disappointing. Tables frequently had no cutlery, and if you wanted a drink, you could expect to wait. At breakfast, although it is advertised as self-service, there were regularly no cups available. If you wanted an alternative to the poor-quality orange juice, forget it—the fridges containing other drinks were padlocked. The food selection was very limited, with little variety. Evening drinks were another frustration. On several occasions, waiters took drinks away before we had finished them. When asked to leave them, we were told they would bring another drink, but this often never happened because they simply forgot. The cup sizes were also ridiculously small, adding to the overall feeling that the hotel is more focused on penny-pinching than providing a good customer experience. Overall, while the reception and cleaning staff deserve credit for being friendly and attentive, the hotel itself fell well below expectations. From the poor entertainment and limited food choice to the lack of basic dining service and constant waiting for drinks, this was a very disappointing stay. Based on my experience, I would not return and would strongly recommend considering other hotels before booking this one.
