Flight good from John Lennon airport. Transfer well organised. Hotel beautiful. Rooms very well appointed. Food exceptional. Animation team work very hard to keep you entertained throughout the day. Sam was particularly good, teaching us arabic and not afraid to act silly in different costumes. Very enjoyable stay. We'll be back later in the year.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The pool and garden area are beautiful and relaxing, and the private access to the beach is a real highlight. The beach itself is excellent, with soft white sand and clear water. At this time of year the sea can be a little rough and the water quite cold, but it’s still a lovely setting to enjoy. The rooms and some other areas of the hotel are a bit outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every member of the team goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and looked after. A huge thank you to everyone — from the security team to reception, the restaurant and bar staff, and the animation team. Your friendliness and dedication really make the hotel what it is. Special thanks as well to Minu and Hussain (Sam) for the fun Tunisian Arabic lessons! The food is good with plenty of variety to suit all tastes, and the staff are always happy to help if you need anything. Overall, a very likeable hotel made extra special by a wonderful team of staff who are truly an asset to the place.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy the beach. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome. Everyone—from reception, the restaurant team, bar staff, housekeeping, and the animation team—are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for them, and their warmth truly makes the stay special. The animation team are fantastic and full of energy. A special thanks to Hussain (Sam) from the animation team who took the time to teach us some basic Arabic during a fun class. He was so friendly, patient, and engaging. He is an absolute delight and a real asset to the hotel. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food variety could be improved. The meals were good, but the fruit selection was quite limited—possibly due to the season. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax by the beach, and the amazing staff truly make the experience memorable.

A must is a visit to the fish spa with Youssef who is fabulous foot man. Made the time enjoyable and very friendly. Highly recommended 👌 5 star service .
