Some male reception aren't helpful or friendly they need to be more polite. Slim was best at reception. We were in rooms 429, 529 and 530 Room not bad toilet seat wobbly no shower gel shower needs to be unblocked overall good night sleep. A massive thank you to Alaa from the bar absolutely gent. Restaurant waiting staff Khalil and Lotfi were amazing aswell as the older female waiting staff. The female staff who cooks eggs so friendly. Young female staff in white shirt fantastic. Older make waiting staff very rude unhelpful We will be back. Lotfi you're a legend!

The last time I was in this hotel was 26 years ago.....and the rooms are still the same.!!! Need serious upgrading. The cleaning staff were good and worked hard throughout the day. Location is not the greatest. Lots of litter and rubbish around the hotel and the odd pestering from locals looking for money. The food was decent,plenty of choice. Don't agree with the need to reserve tables at night although it keeps the waiters happy.! I am a frequent traveller and was disappointed with two weeks I spent there. The usual towels over the sunbeds early morning although not used until much later. I won't be back. Better experience in Morocco. Same weathrr.

Was expecting a better experience going on previous reviews some what let down room was very dated view was poor shower flooded the room got repaired ( supposedly) while using shower had to keep turning off so it wouldn’t flood again.on the Plus side staff on the beach were great as in the restaurant’s as well .Didn’t use pools as they were packed so not much room . Walkways very uneven so if you have mobility issues could be a problem. A few cockroaches around dining area . Bar area’s not enough seating. Very disappointing

We stayed at the hotel for a week all inclusive, on arrival we were unable to check into the room as we were early, so we went for lunch, our first impressions of the food set up was that it very much felt like a canteen, the waiters argued over who’s table we were sat on so we were never offered a drink and couldn’t get any attention to get one. The food as we were late in was ok but not a great choice and resembled a school canteen. On checking in the staff were polite and friendly but we waited a long time for someone to show us to our room, when the man arrived we weaved through a network of buildings and corridors and came to realise how big this hotel is (it seems that there has been a merger of many hotels over time incorporating their buildings into the complex). We were at the furthest point of the hotel by the crazy golf, which suited us as we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle but this did mean a bit of a trek to any bar or restaurant, on the up side we had perfect Wi-fi as our room was located by the hotels Wi-fi relay tower, to be fair we didn’t any Wi-fi issues for the duration of our stay. The air-con was ok but not amazing and was fairly noisy. The breakfast selection was not good, we came to the conclusion that it was safest to stick to their selection of pastries and jam, although most mornings we were gone out for the day before the full breakfast selection was open, all of the food was sat in the side ready to go from 6am. The evening food was repetitive and really not great, we had to pick through for things that were ‘ok’ to eat, the cold meats are so highly processed it makes ‘Billy Bear’ ham look like high cuisine. Our biggest concern is that very little of the hot food is actually hot, it seems to be left on the side in preparation for evening meals for long periods of time. The desserts were worse, high chemical flavours and colours, the ice cream was the best thing there! The drinks on offer are also limited, the orange and lemon drinks on offer are like undiluted cordial, I believe all drinks are also full sugar so limited options. unfortunately both myself and my husband were often unwell and put it down to the ice machines likely not being cleaned. The coffee machines are good however with many choices we can recommend hot chocolate with double espresso for a mocha, with added hot chocolate powder if they have it.

Fabulous from start to finish. Clean hotel. Good food a choice for all. Service from waiters out of this world. So good m bringing my whole family back November 2026
