Just arrived back, had a lovely week away with family, even tho a little bit too hot some days, rooms are good very clean, bedding and towels were changed daily, meals we had some nice ones, there is something for everyone, and carved meats on the evening, plenty of cakes and ice cream, if I was to moan it would be the drinks, beer not good, and some of the cocktails, entertainment on every night around pool area, and during the day entertainment lads are brill, always asking you if ok, aqua aerobics, games, darts, ping pong, always something there doing well done, never had no problems with sun loungers, we used to go down at 7.30 am and most were taken, but if you see lifeguards they will get you one, I would deffo return, maybe not for a couple of years tho as I don't tend to do the same place year after year, well done all.

Perfect holiday for me and my friend! The staff were the definite highlight - always going above and beyond to be friendly and to remember our names, where we were from, drink orders, and offer help whenever needed. They made the holiday really special. The animation team were good at getting everyone involved and feeling welcome at their yoga, aqua fitness, Zumba, and evening shows. Shout out especially to Will, Marco, Mohammed, Adem, and Wahbi (+ many others whose names we didn’t get!). Some examples of great service included getting brought out a cocktail whilst waiting a minute for our transport to the airport at the end of the stay, going out of their way to find a table/ chairs for us on a busy night of entertainment when none were free, and ensuring we were never out of drinks. Location was great as had its own beach with lovely clear and warm water (no jellyfish!), plenty of space, a bit further back from main roads but still very close to shops, banks, tours, and places to explore. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms comfy and balcony spacious. The food was decent with some variation over the days- what you’d expect from an all inclusive. Lots of choice of places to find drinks, food or a snack in the day so no waiting for too long. Also lots of pools and didn’t feel too busy even in August. Just a warning that there is a hotel tax to pay in cash when you arrive (no card machine but bank nearby) and you should also ask for info on timings for the pools etc as some small variation from what was actually advertised around the pools, as well as a hotel map. We booked the stay with a small discount through TUI which made it even more worth it but would recommend regardless and gladly return!

I would not recommend this hotel. Areas of the hotel very tired, cutlery in the restaurant throughout hotel and sister hotel seem to be an issue. Arrived at hotel around 11pm with no room ready for us! Travelling as a family and had emailed the hotel prior to arrival for rooms next door to each other, this did not happen. Next issue was the lack of air conditioning throughout the hotel, our room was over 28 degrees! Food is terrible and very much the same each night. Pool area is great for kids but lots of broken sunbeds and dirty plates and cups hanging around. Such a shame as it could be so much nicer. Will not be returning!

The staff were amazing during our stay, so welcoming and brought amazing vibes. A shoutout to hamza (the waiter) for always decorating our tables and helping us with what activities to do and where to go. The animation team were brilliant and so much fun. Loved the facilities of the hotel especially the pool, rooms were tidy and well cleaned every day. If you’re looking to book this hotel I would 100% recommend we had the best day and will be back!
