Marhaba Salem

Lovely hotel, we stayed 2 weeks and loved every minute. Definitely recommend

Arrived as a family of 3 for 1 week and then as a couple for following week. Daughter was in marhaba royal and myself and hubby were in Salem on arrival rooms not quite ready no problem wristband on and off to lunch, plenty choice for lunch. Can eat in either restaurant of Salem or royal, at dinner you are allocated table in your own hotel for remainder of stay, we had emailed hotel prior as daughter was in diff hotel and this was not a problem we ate in her restaurant (royal) for the week she was there and them as we had loved our wee waiter and the service we asked if we could remain at our table for remainder of holiday restaurant manager was more than happy to let us stay there for dinner. (Iheb our waiter deserves a special shout out what a fantastic guy and his table decorations were first class). Our rooms were very spacious double bed and single bed with balcony and bathroom. In Salem we had a bath and over bath shower my daughter had a large walk in shower in royal. Now onto the best part the entertainment team. What can I say these guys & girls work their socks off to make your holiday the best experience ever. Humungous shout out to kookie Sam Jo/youssef marco Nina and Vera. Kookie. I will never forget you from shish shish. And Jo you deserve to be a manager Sam the loveliest of guys and Marco. Oh my what a dancer you are. Oh and by the way marco you smelt so good too ………… our other waiters during the stay also deserve a shout out Mohammad Ali at royal hotel. Mr Fife humza. And our favourite barman of all time WahbiBen Hassan. The cocktails were amazing. The owners/managers of marhaba Salem and royal should be very proud of the team they have they make the holiday We also did a couple of trips booked on the hotel grounds from the guy across from the towel shed. Pirate trip….mmmmmmm maybe that one I wouldn’t recommend too much but the quad bike trip was amazing. Hubby also did a parachute from the beach cheaper than anywhere we have ever tried before. All in all I would totally recommend this complex. Doesn’t matter what hotel you in the staff are amazing the rooms clean and the food great. No issues with sunbeds either the lifeguards get them for you. A wee tip goes a long way here remember folks these people are not overly well paid and they give more than 5* experience so a regular tip is very much appreciated. Would I return to marhaba royal/salem. You better believe I will………….

So we have been back a week from our 4th visit to this hotel and we definitely weren't disappointed. Me my mum and my 3 year old spent 3 weeks here and we didn't want to leave. The family room we had was brillant for us as if little one was tired we could sit on the terrace and relax too. The cleaner was brillant worked so so hard and always had a smile on her face and hug for my little boy, the room was always immaculate. Check in was brillant as normal and was like coming home to family greeted with big hugs and smiles. We arrived after food had ended and were given plates of cold meats, cheese, salad and bread which was a big bonus and very much needed after travelling late. The pool lifeguards were brillant this year lots of new faces and some old faces but they were so on the ball and saw a few incidents and they were brillant and on it straight away. Were always more than happy to help if needed. When we first arrive the beach restaurant wasnt open but this was fine as was quiet. But as it got busier it was opened and ideal for a change they had burgers, hot dogs, fresh pizza, nuggets, rottisary chicken salad. We found it abit chaotic if you went as soon as it opened but was ok if you went later. My only criticism here is I asked if I could take some nuggets to the other restaurant as no seats and was told no its not allowed to leave the restaurant, but later that day I saw a few people sat around the pool with big plates lf food and one lady even had a whole pizza made and wrapped in foil and sat by the pool. Rules are rules and shouldn't be changed for different people. The main restaurant food was good and always something to eat if my little boy struggled they would get him something. The staff in there are a credit to the hotel and one of the reasons we return!!! Adel well hes amazing and will go out of his way to help and make sure you have everything you need, never had to wait for drinks they were all done straight away. My little boy adores him and so do we. Also the two hamzas they dont stop from the time they start until they finish always big smiles and hellos and nothing is ever to much trouble. Animation had changed a fair bit this year but this didn't stop the atmosphere. Nino, will, couki, houda, alinzo, Marco, mustafa were amazing some had know my little one from before so he always made a b line for them. The whole team work hard and add to the experience. Guest relations mayssa is brilliant and honestly will go above and beyond to help and support any Guest with whatever they need even going to grab things from outside the hotel in her own time if needed. She made me feel comfortable from day one and my little boy is her bestie 💙 as I I said before genuinely like going home to friends and family. Karim and some of the team at the lobby bar are brilliant as always despite having and issue which I wont go into as this was sorted efficiently 99% of the team there are brilliant!!! Also the new manager of the hotel is brillant!! He is always very present and makes sure everything is as it should be and if not always thinking of ways to better or change things, to help and grow the hotel. We noticed small changes in the 3 weeks that made a big difference to how things run better for us as guest aswell as staff. He is very approachable and this is nice to see. We cant wait to be back in October

An excellent 7-day stay at the hotel. Food excellent throughout - and all inclusive meant all drinks were provided at any time of the day. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and made the stay even more appealing. The pool was great and our room was maintained to a very good standard, and cleaned thoroughly every day. A first-class experience - thank you to ALL the staff at the hotel, who work very hard to provide us all with a great holiday.

Very good hotel. Clean rooms, very noce entertainment team. Wilk od very good entertainment.
