This will be our third visit and I can't fault it. Staff are all first class. Housekeeping go above and beyond their duties. Always something to eat even for the fussiest! Yeah entertainment can get a bit samey but still very much appreciated! Hopefully we get a fourth visit!!

Tunisia 2026.this hotel needs a lot of work very dated...staff are awesome can't fault them ...but the hotel itself needs a big massive overhaul...our room got flooded on the last day I have reach out twice but nothing very poor...I would never recommend to anyone 😑

The worst holiday experience I’ve ever had! 😡😡 From the room and the food to the absolutely terrible service at the restaurant — everything was extremely disappointing. The beach was full of construction debris, and there was often rubbish and dirty water in the sea, apparently coming from a nearby pipe where, from time to time, there seemed to be some kind of discharge. 😡😡 Definitely not the relaxing holiday experience we were expecting. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth it.

Currently on holiday here , having been a couple of years ago we know it has nothing really to put you off. Staff ok and food decent. It's currently raining outside and inside as well, bar area bit of a flood plain in places. Staff just carrying on as normal

What a great holiday. Five days with five mates. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had everything you needed and there was a fridge in the room. All very clean. The cleaner “Leila” was a star and was there every day changing towels and keeping the room clean and dressing the beds. The food was very basic and bland but it’s so cheap to eat out it wasn’t an issue. Specially the kebabs down the road. It’s the staff that made the holiday. All staff were amazing especially May on customer relations, Moana on the front desk and the waiter Hamdi. They made the holiday nothing was to much trouble. Great place for a cheap get away.
