lovely hotel very nice holiday with entertainment team and perfect service the rooms are good as well the place looks nice it was amazing time

We had an all-inclusive EasyJet holiday at this hotel and it was fabulous. Still off season so not all areas were open yet (pool bars), but that was fine for us. The beach area is small with sunbeds only available for a few hours a day off season. The sea was clean and great for a dip but we were a little concerned about jet skiers very close to shore, so we swam mainly in the hotel’s 3 pools or in the sea elsewhere when out on day trips. The food is incredible with huge choice, staff are friendly and genuinely remember you, and the hotel is spotless. The rooms were large with enormous comfortable beds and sheets and towels changed daily. In Tunisia, tipping is expected to supplement low incomes, and gets you better service (flowers and your favourite drinks on your own table, even more attentive service) for very little. The cleaners also deserve their tips. Some of us had a hot stone massage and thalassothérapie in the spa which was fantastic, if a little pricey at around £87. The only downside for us was the special Tunisian meal at a sister restaurant. We felt the food was better at the Belisaire, and there was no non-meat option there, leaving one of us hungry. We all most definitely recommend this hotel.

We hadn’t been to Tunisia in 20years so we were very apprehensive. The staff in the hotel couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. Our two main waiters in the dinning area were Amine & Fidel who both made our dinning very enjoyable, they are both a credit to the hotel. The food was very good with a great selection. English section is small but you can make a meal. The waiter in the main bar area was very pleasant & would get us a table to be able to watch the entertainment, nothing was too much trouble for him ( sad I didn’t get his name) Entertainment….. yeah very basic but the entertainment staff are great, 10/10 for activities during the day & just generally chatting during the day. A special mention to Khaleel & Selma, but they were all pleasant. You can book a quad bike, Trip in the hotel which was a very reasonable price. We walked out during the day down to the Marina which was very pleasant & we felt safe. The beach is nice but with it being start of the season they were working on tiding it up which is understandable. Yes you can go on a camel & it may be expensive but this shouldn’t reflect on the hotel when writing a review. Overall we loved this hotel & we will definitely go back for early break in 2027.

Had an incredible time here. The food was overall better than expected, they vary the choice daily, and have several fresh corners. The animation was really interactive with the guests and there was not a single moment to be bored because there's always an activity happening. Rooms get cleaned daily, and the reception is always down to help.

Very nice hotel and customer service. Animation team is perfect, especially Nadir Bobo were really charismatic and naturally social. Hanehn was so cute! Can recommend!
