Medina Belisaire & Thalasso

We had the best time in medina hotel. Me and my partner came here for only a few days and the staff made us feel so welcome right away. Within the first day it felt like we were a part of a family. We came here during a quiet part of the season but this didn’t stop the staff make us feel so very welcome. Overall cleanliness of the rooms (we had one of the newly renovated ones) was great. Food had a lot of variety and good choice. Cocktails were made to order. Overall we have had a brilliant experience and special thanks to the entertainment team. They have been so great at making us feel like part of the family. Amine has been amazing and has made our holiday even more special. Hes very friendly and attentive and always made sure we were looked after. We will be coming back again. :)

We had the most amazing time at the medina belisaire hotel. The food was very tasty with lots or variety. The staff were exceptional! So friendly and attentive, every night the kitchen staff decorated our table with beautiful flowers and the cleaning team decorated our room everyday. The bar staff constantly made us feel welcome and waited on us whenever our drinks were low, even without asking. The spa was very relaxing and the massage was even better. The hotel was very clean and there were lots of shops near by to account for everybody’s needs. My favourite part of the holiday was the entertainment team, every single one of them went above and beyond to make our holiday special, especially Amine, he took time out in his own time to take us to the best shopping places with the best discount which was so kind and we were extremely grateful! for that i will 100% be coming back. 5 * for me! Thank you medina belisaire for making our holiday truly magical!
