Great hotel. Service is fantastic. Staff are friendly and approachable. Entertainment staff are great. The reception staff are really friendly and dont delay in helping you. The environment here is really nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The sea view is amazing.

Friendly staff especially Hadil and the entertainment team was amazing. my kids enjoyed the stay so much. The food is delicious and varied the restaurant staff are welcoming and very helpful. The guest relation staff are wonderful especially Mr Samir who was incredibly friendly and helped us through every request quickly and with a big smile.

Nice hotel! Animation staff are very friendly and get everyone involved, , however evening entertainment for adults could have more variety. Food is nice and many options- but doesn’t change much on a daily basis. Vegetarian option limited. Rooms are clean.

The Animation team are amazing couldn’t say who was better all amazing , the bar were really kind and always helpful, the waiter Omar in the food hall, was really amazing always ready with a tooth pick for my table he knew exactly what drinks i wanted and my friend, such an amazing bunch thank you soooo much for all making my trip one i will never forget
