Overall hotel is like 3 stars. The best was animation team, Sifou and Bouba are great very attentive, really recommend only for the entertainment 5* plus.

Cold food staff don't speak English bar staff ignorant to English people no entertainment whatsoever reception staff terrible Don't go to this hotel if u are English spoken

Please don't listen to some of the bad reviews I've just come back from here was staying for 2 weeks & had an amazing time everyone is so friendly & the beach was on your doorstep was a lovely beach but the "looky looky" men let it down. The food was way better than any other all inclusive hotel ive stayed in, so much variety if you didn't like something there was always something to eat breakfast was a let down because it was the same thing everyday but if you like eggs or omelette or crossiants atleast it was cooked fresh! The orange juice, hot chocolate & coke was to die for! Special mention to the waiter HAZEM in the restaurant was so kind & couldn't do anymore for you if he tried the entertainment was amazing something different every night but special mention to TITO for making us wanting to come back to this hotel nice down to earth warm hearted genuine guy who will always put a smile on your face & last but not least another special mention to the bar waiter will bring you drinks non stop & also makes them the best even if he gets in trouble by boss man my only downfalls i would say is if u want to do anything there's nothing on your doorstep we did go to old medina went to a beautiful roof top restruant but the haggling from shops was unreal i just wanted to get back asap & the rooms are outdated but the cleaners always made sure it was clean, also the drinks let it down i had to buy my own vodka from caffefour supermarket to actually get drunk unless u bought them in the hotel which were quite pricey. Also i wish the flies would piss off Will come back here at some point & going to miss the special mentions WE LOVED TUNISIA️

We stayed here for a week, and it was an absolute blessing. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The animators were especially entertaining and did a fantastic job of making our days more enjoyable. They organized a wide variety of fun activities and programmes, which we really enjoyed. Our room was cleaned every day, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, and there was also a huge variety of delicious food to choose from. Moreover, the hotel’s private beach is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel is truly remarkable, and we had a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

I had the most wonderful week at the Mediterranae Thalasso. I stayed as a solo traveller and there’s always the risk of feeling uncomfortable but that didn’t happen - all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and made it a really special week. My room was basic but big and clean and the bed was comfortable. The first morning I woke to discover the bathroom tap had leaked - within an hour of reporting it, a whole new tap has been fitted! Lots of special touches, like flowers in my room and petals on the table at dinner. I spent most days by the beautiful seawater pool, under the palm trees, and also on the beach where there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Plenty of on-site entertainment if that’s what you’re after, though I was happy watching a film in my room of an evening. Food was always hot and tasty, and there were enough options to stop it becoming too repetitive, though a wider range of salads and desserts would be welcome. The drinks included in the AI package were adequate, though i did enjoy a couple of “extra” cocktails, which were very good for 25 dinar. There is also a hotel shop which is competitively priced - almost worth doing your souvenir shopping there rather than elsewhere. If i had to criticise anything, it would be the free WiFi, which was a bit patchy - I bought a Hubby eSIM for the weekend which gave me unlimited data for about £25. Special thanks to Merha (housemaid), Anada and Besim (reception), Afif (for the pancakes) , the waiter who always found me a table and brought me wine, and the pool bar guy for keeping me supplied with Hammamet Dreams! (A cocktail, not anything more…!) Honestly, I had the best week and hope to come back again, perhaps with family.
