Excellent place to relax and have fun on vacation. Food is great, staff is nice and helpfull, always smiling and making us feel welcome. Entertainment team does so many activities to keep us animated and to make us enjoy our stay at most ❤️

This hotel not only has an amazing animation team but the service is amazing and the rooms are always clean

the animation team is the best they are fun and very welcoming i very much recommend.

The worst experience in our life. My kid had an accident on the water slide and he lost few teeth. The lifeguards inexperienced haven't done anything, I think they are there only for numbers. Manager from Check in send us to one clinic, the clinic send us to the hospital and the hospital send us back to the hotel because they can t do anything. We had to wait 2 hrs and nothing done So fingers crossed if you came here don t get injured or kind like this because no-one cares
