I can’t give half star and I have to give a full star. Absolute terrible services. Location and beach are very good. But is not enough for a good holiday. Nothing to eat at all, get a sandwich all with chicken bones….., all drinks very poor quality and beer was warm. Never find something like that before. Stay away!

The whole hotel just seems “scabby”, run down and in desperate need of repair. On arrival we were told our room was not ready, this was understandable as we were early and were told to have lunch and come back to reception, 2 hours later the room was still not ready and were moved to a different room. The shower in our room did not drain and would pool in the bath room, we had to use a bed sheet to dam it in order to stop it reaching the rest of the room. We then had to wait half an hour before anyone else could use the shower. One of the bathroom lights did not work as well as one of the bedside lights. The room and hotel was relatively clean but the food hygiene was poor, the prep area in the main beach food stand was utterly disgusting. We witnessed catering staff handling food with their bear hands then licking their fingers clean. There were cockroaches, feral cats and wild birds in the main dinning room (which is inside the main hotel) at meal times. Some of the food (mainly fish) was not cooked properly and was still raw. The food would often run out during the later parts of service, and as with many of these hotels they cook popular things on the hot plate, but here they would do a few things in a small area and nobody could move. The outside (beach) restaurant left buffet food out unprotected from flys, and also had cats wandering around. The staff we friendly and helpful, but were always trying for a tip. The hotel endorsed activity providers and hawkers were a real and would not leave us alone. We both had a bout of sickness (D and V) even though we only ate the same thing once and 12 hours later were ill. The private beach is filthy, lots of broken glass and tiles as well and general waste.

To keep this as informative but short as possible I will bullet point my review. THE GOOD: location spot on. 10/10 . Sunbeds always available. Beach sunrise amazing. Abdul pool attendant there to help . Tip a day for thank you. That’s where it stops THE BAD: Hygiene seriously needs reviewing. Bed sheets were dirty on arrival . First night all I smelt was urine. I got the cleaner to change them in the morning . Poo in my toilet . Perhaps it was a welcome present 😂😂. Dining room by windows investation of cockroaches. Food in dining room edible but mainly cold. Rations were being implemented the last few days of our stay. Didn’t affect me as I only ate the bread butter and chips. THE UGLY: be prepared to be shouted at by poolside staff. I asked for more ice in my very warm flat drink and was told no more than one cube. 🙈 seriously . All inclusive and I’m rationed on ice . Also Que for either a pancake for myself and one for my husband and told no he must get his own but then to have the food handed over my head to local speaking people 2 and 3 plates at a time. CONCLUSION: ladies please be aware of your surroundings. Old gardener on ground asks for you to go with him behind fence. I told him I would have to ask my husband 😂 he backed off but left his number on my sister in laws sunbed . Make your holiday the best that you can once you get here but be prepared to bring extra money to go out to eat.
