Royal Nozha Beach

This hotel has had its day and is no longer truly a 4 star hotel. All the hotel awards are from 2016/2017 and that is probably when it was in its heyday. Now, the public areas are beautifully maintained but the rooms and toilets are awful. The baths are stained, half of the toiletware was broken or missing and the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. There were cobwebs in the room when we arrived that were still there (including the spider) when we left 5 days later. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in- it was like lying on concrete. I wouldn’t have been able to stay any longer than the 4 nights I did as the lack of sleep was really affecting me and my back and neck were sore every morning. The food was ok, but very repetitive when on all inclusive. The staff in the restaurants/bars were brilliant and made sure to remember our orders. The poolside entertainment staff work hard for their money and put on some good shows. Other than that, we encountered grumpy men in Reception on more than one occasion and my 21 year old daughter received unwelcome physical attention from a couple of the younger pool staff that made her feel very uncomfortable. We wouldn’t return to this hotel.

What a wonderful experience the hotel was actually amazing, for an all inclusive holiday it completely exceeding our expectations. The receptionist upgraded our room because it was spare and that we appreciated. The food was unbelievable, everything was very presentable and they had many options to choose. My girlfriend is vegan so i was panicking that they wouldn't have enough variety for her but they had everything she needed. Before I booked this holiday, I notice a lot of the reviewers said "this is our 2nd or 3rd visit" now I understand why people return. 10/10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Royal Nozha, Hammamet — We’re Already Planning Our Return! We’ve just had the most lovely family holiday at the Royal Nozha, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming — it really felt like home from home. 🏨 Rooms & Space The rooms are brilliantly spacious — as a family of 5, we were worried we might feel squashed, but we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. It made such a difference having that extra space! 🌿 Grounds & Gardens Beautiful, bright, and spotlessly clean everywhere you go — evening or day, everything looks immaculate. The gardens are absolutely stunning, and you can see how much care goes into them — they’re constantly being looked after by the loveliest, friendliest gardener, who always had a smile and a wave. Perfect for gentle evening strolls. 🎉⭐ The Entertainment Team — Absolute Stars! ⭐🎉 We have to give a huge, special shout-out to the incredible entertainment team — Slim, Anis, Bob and Pika — honestly, they were amazing and are probably the main reason we would come back! These boys are so much fun, endlessly entertaining, and they make sure absolutely everyone gets involved — young and old alike! They bring such energy and joy, they honestly need to make it to midnight every night — we could have stayed up all night laughing with them 🤣 And sweet Pika — so wonderfully patient and kind with all the children, running the kids' club and leading those brilliant mini discos — our little ones adored you! Thank you all for making our holiday such happy fun ❤️ 🍽️ Food & Wonderful Staff The food was honestly exceptional — so much choice, fresh flavours, and something delicious for everyone, even our fussy little ones. And a special mention to Saha, our waiter at the beach restaurant — you really looked after us so well, such lovely service, thank you! The service throughout the whole hotel was fantastic — nothing was too much trouble. 🏖️ Location & Beach Right by the beach — beautiful soft sand, and those funny little seagrass balls are completely normal and harmless by the way! The sea was lovely and warm, and it was so easy to pop back to the hotel whenever we wanted. Hammamet town is a short taxi ride away too. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Perfect for Families Spacious rooms, immaculate grounds, friendly faces everywhere, great food, amazing staff and entertainment — this place is brilliant for families. We left feeling rested, happy, and already talking about coming back — mainly to see our favourite team, Saha, and our lovely gardener friend again! If you’re thinking of booking — do it! You won’t be disappointed 😊

We were in room 4001. We were supposed to have a garden view, it was on the MAIN ROAD. Sleep was not very good as there was music playing somewhere, boom - boom until about 02-30. Couldn't open any windows as they were bolted shut. The balcony, if you can call it that had a table and two chairs but no room to sit. You couldn't get a sun lounger after 11-00 and to top it off there were children running all over the dining room. Tui say it's 100m to the beach. Well it took me well over 5 minutes. On the plus side the staff were brilliant and the food was good. We won't be going back .

I will never find the words to give the holiday we've just got home from enough credit. I won't go in to any detail about the hotel rooms, food, excursions, shops or anything like that as it was all fine, exactly what you'd expect. It's the entertainment team that stood out for me. I've never seen anything like it. They were phenomenal. The time, thought and effort they put in to doing everything they could to create memories for all the guests was unbelievable. On a daily basis, Slim, Anis, Bob and Pika would make there way round the pool and beach, checking in on everyone, encouraging people to get involved in as much fun as they could. Organising darts tournaments, beach volleyball matches, water aerobics, foam parties etc as well as their own personal and unique shows at night, from Michael Jackson tributes, to comedy acts, bingo, British nights, random bowling tournaments, middle of the day dances. I could genuinely go on and on. I've been to a few different places around the world, but the Royal Nozha is one that will stick with me forever and it's all down to the team that helped make some amazing memories for our families.
