Royal Nozha Beach

Visited this hotel with my wife son and girlfriend all over 50 years The pros are many the hotel is in a perfect location with shops and restaurants directly opposite. You must visit LAragosta for excellent friendly service and food. All at very good prices. No bookings are required . Do not visit the Ali Baba store if the young tall brother is not serving or prices will double .There is an excellent shop between the royal and its sister hotel outside turn left the building and your rooms are kept spotless. The main plus is the staff everyone of then they are all great from the restaurant to the pool to the beach even the gardener is friendly man all wanting you to enjoy your holiday the cons are the bathrooms the bath is high with a fixed shower screen so my wife could not use the sink to steady her getting in and out. so she could not use the bath. When i mentioned this to the reception the manager just said all rooms are the same Talking to other older guests a lot of older people were in the same boat The food is hit or miss, the breakfast is good with a friendly couple doing the omelettes and eggs. often at lunch time and evening meal the meat is too tough to eat ,the spaghetti station has no sauces and the rest unappetising . but the they will provide a lovely large fish or leg of lamb every so often. The al la chart is excellent down at the beach bar please try. this hotel is the only hotel i know of which does not provide receipts when you change money or purchase your beach towels. There was a lot of flies around the hotel and they are a pest sitting on the balcony another con is that TUI did not tell us there is mayor demolition happening at the hotel next and resulting noise We still enjoyed our holiday because of the excellent and eating out

Starting off with the only thing we disliked: The lifeguard was rude for several times. When it is approaching time to close the pool (sometimes more than half an hour before), he starts telling people to leave and speaks in an aggressive manner, specially to women, wich is unacceptable. Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel. The swimming pool is very good and the food is varied enough. The staff is friendly and willing to help. As for the biggest strong point, by far: We've been to several hotels around the world and have never found such an incredible entertainment team!! Slim, Anis and Bob (Pika also joined in the meantime) are amazing and tireless and leave everyone with a smile on their faces the entire time! There is no boredom for whoever is willing to participate in the countless activities during the day. And those who are not will certainly have a great time as well just by watching because everything is organized with care and attention to detail and the team keeps interacting at all times. Also, the daily night shows are diversed and funny and mustn't be missed. Pika is getting started and she is adorable, Bob is kind and attentive, Anis is one of the funniest persons I have ever met and always has a smile on his face and Slim is an extraordinary communicator (he could have a chat with a donkey if needed 😅) and an amazing dancer and makes it impossible not to laugh at his craziness. We were emotional when we said goodbye and it was all because of them 🥹

This was our fourth visit to the Royal Nozha and it never disappoints. We can honestly say there were no negatives. Firstly we would like to thank a few staff that went above and beyond, Fayzcal in the main restaurant, Ashchef oh the beach, Tariq and Kamil at the beach restaurant, the many beach bar servers and Hiddy the gardener. The animation team were great also. Room was clean and comfortable as were all areas of the hotel. Can’t wait to come back next September. Thank you Royal Nozha for another fantastic holiday.

This is our 3rd visit this year and absolutely can't fault anything about this amazing hotel my face is smiling as soon as I walk through into the beautiful reception the guys on reception are so friendly and kind and make you feel so welcome like you are family and really can't do enough for you 😊 our fridge broke in our room and within 15 minutes we had a brand new fridge 😊 we are a family of 3 with a 17 year old daughter and was upgraded to the grand suite which was absolutely beautiful 😍 which meant our daughter had her own space 😊 all the maids are so friendly and go out there way to speak and do an excellent job in your room daily with clean towels and smells so nice when they have finished 😊 the guys in the restaurant are amazing with 5 star service this is a small family run hotel and the variety of food is excellent the omelette lady is a true gem who makes the best omelette 😘 and the guy on the meat station always has a smile and gives you a generous portion 😉 i can't fault anyone in there from the waiters to the cooks always a service with a big smile. Then the Animation team a big shout out to the very talented SLIM and his boys ANIS AND BOB and the lovely PIKA who trys really hard with the lads as she is the children entertainer so we'll done PIKA 😊 they really do make you have the best time without being to pushy. They are always polite and take time out to come and sit with you on your sunbed or at the evening entertainment and have a normal conversation with you which means alot as its not always about taking part in the activities but still feel apart of the team. Then we have the best LIFEGUARD in the world lol our FACYEL who looks after you all day he is just the best 👌 he will always try to find you a sunbed no matter what time you go to the pool and he really is a kind caring person who makes you feel like you are family he is so funny polite always gave us a hug and a kiss in a morning and even bought us alittle gift for each of us 🥰 he had a family upset why we was there and he at to leave for the day but the next day he was there the same faycel with a smile and a hug even thou it must have been so hard for him 🥰 the guys at poolside bar and the beach bar are amazing too always smiling and polite with 5 star service with your drinks and food and nothing is to much trouble for them and I can't fault my cocktails and G&Ts and they deffinately had alcohol in them 👌 the lovely gardener who always says morning if you pass him with the biggest smile and keeps all the gardens tidy, clean and beautiful 🙂 and the security guys outside the hotel always say hello when you passing. So thanks again to you all at The Royal Nozah for making our 3rd visit just as excellent and memorable as the 1st one we are already planning our next stay 😀

This was our 2nd time for a 2 weeks stay at the Royal Nozha as we really enjoyed it last year making good friends while we were there and arranged to all go again this year. We have made more friends agian this year and are all talking on social media and are all planning to come back again and that says a lot about this place.. What can I say,, well firstly our room was a lovely spacious pool view kept nice and clean by the cleaner everyday. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with most of them remembering us from last year from the reception staff, porters, waiters, and the bar staff from hibiscus and pool bar, all made our holiday as good as it was with a great atmosphere. The beach was lovely, also beach bar staff and a la carte staff, the food was delicious too. Food in the restaura t was good you can always find something to eat. A big shout out to Faycal the pool lifeguard what a character he is, he made sure everybody had a sunbed and has got the moves like jagger. He even pit my oartners little toe back into place when he dislocated it playing water polo. Pool barman Abdul brought us a bottle of cold water every morning to our sunbeds. Finally, lastly not least the Entertainment team, SLIM, ANIS and BOB what a brilliant team they are. You made us laugh from start to finish you are all worth your weight in gold. I cannot praise you all enough. One of the best entertainment teams I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We will definitely be back next year.
