Skanes Serail

I don’t know where to start I think with the most important thing families & young girls should know if you look 16 or above you are definitely fair game for all the animation team so be very very careful unless that’s your thing. Food was vile covered in flies drinks like sugar syrup rooms falling to pieces do not believe any good reviews as workers at the hotel (animation) come around & make you write a good review so they can keep their jobs if I had the option of zero stars that’s what I would give. Also if you go to the disco with the animation be very careful as you end up paying for their food & drinks & it is very expensive around the 300 dinar mark as the bar staff in their just add all their drink & food onto your bill I saw this happen at least 6 times while we were there & also listened to the poor guests who were ripped off by this not understanding how their bill was so high will never return would rather pay a little bit more for a decent hotel with decent workers as this is the worst I have seen Tunisians behave

Amazing mini club friendly ANd caring staff fun activités and wonderful moments for thé kids the animation team was fantatic

We had a wonderful experience at the mini club the team was amazing friendly and very caring towards the children the activities were fun creative and well organized and the children always had a great time the staff made sure every child felt happy safe and included their kindness patience and positive energy made our holiday even more special thank you to the whole animation team for creating such beautiful memories for the children highly recommended for families thank you wiwi

This hotel is terrible. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. The food is terrible. Most of it is burnt and the children’s food … don’t even get me started . We are not picky at all but they can’t even cook chicken nuggets without burning them . The bar staff are so rude be prepared to be stared at whenever you eat your food. The only positives are the sun and the pool and how lovely the maids are ans the cleaning crew they are such lovely people. Sadly none of the pictures are anything like the hotel it looks like AI . The reception lobby is the nicest bit everywhere else is a dive. The kids club looks lovely on their instagram page but when I took my daughter the staff sat in their phones not watching the children or interacting . And lastly it doesn’t state this in the description but there is a nightclub right next to the hotel that keeps you awake until early hours so please don’t waste your money go somewhere else!! AVOID!!!!!!

After leaving my first initial review which was not the best the hotel did start doing more food for picky eaters at meal times, the staff are really nice and go above and beyond, the rooms are lovely and clean, we loved the pool and slides and our kids made lots of friends, thank you for a nice stay we hope to see you all again. Oh and before I forget always a good atmosphere.
