If you are only looking to stay for a handful of days and want a great beach and good food, this hotel is fine. The building is great and the staff are helpful. Unfortunately over 10 days of more the problems mount up. Even when we arrived, the receptionist wrote the wrong room number and the grumpy porter got grumpier. The hotel is isolated, and the ATM never worked for any guests. As it takes a taxi trip to get to the nearest working ATM in town, this was a big annoyance. Food smells were strong in the corridors and on the balcony. There was a few false fire alarms that were no doubt minor, but somewhat ignored by the staff. (For that matter someone collapsed on the beach - the staff on beach duty were very slow to arrive.) The first few days of our stay were hot by Tunisian standards, and the air conditioning was loud and struggled. The using the shower caused a small flood - this was fixed on complaint. There is a nice beach cafe open for lunch - but it has hygiene issues. We both got a bug that I suspect was from there. The standard of food was basically good, but minimised Tunisian food for bland Euro stuff. Criminally, they only served instant coffee - in North Africa, home of good coffee!! WIthout good coffee, I will never return - but all these issues are fixable. The property and beach are great so lets hope the chain invess a bit of money to keep it a 5 star.

Great hotel, most of the staff are amazing and want you to absolutely enjoy your stay. We experienced some staff in the restaurant being a little over familiar with us as two singles ladies which was a little too much for us. The staff and entertainment team cannot do enough for the guests. The fiddle player and saxophone were phenomenal……. The bedroom in the hotel was super big and cozy, great night sleeps. The weather was amazing and very hot for our stay

Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet este unul dintre cele mai luxoase hoteluri din regiune. Acesta este situat direct pe o plajă nesfârșită și în apropiere de două terenuri de golf. Oaspeții au la dispoziție, printre alte facilități, o piscină cu apă de mare, două terenuri de tenis și o sală de fitness. În plus față de ofertele sportive, un program de wellness foarte extins îi așteaptă pe turiști. Bucătăria locală este un adevărat paradis pentru palat, cinele având loc în unul dintre cele două restaurante a la carte - tunisian sau italian. Atunci când mergeți cu familia la Palace Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hammamet, nu trebuie să vă faceți griji cu privire la atracțiile pentru copii. Hotelierii au pregătit animații interesante în miniclub și un loc de joacă.
