Overall it was a really good experience we went for one week and were given a spacious room which was good for our family and worked well, the negative with the rooms were cleaning wasn’t always there but overall okay. The teens club worked really well and made my experience so much better and filled gaps to keep myself busy and to make new friends the entertainer was amazing she makes us all feel welcome and my whole group can agree. In the evenings 8/10 it was okay however one thing which made me and my close friend feel extremely uncomfortable is some of the men here not just other guests but workers we were continuously following us and through out the night we would get winked at, asked our age, for our social media, names and followed which made it hard to enjoy the night when you always had to look out for the people you’d least expect to do something to do something. But once again the hotel’s atmosphere was good and most of the staff were extremely welcoming to us and supported us throughout our trip.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana—the hotel completely exceeded our expectations! ​The staff throughout the resort is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always full of positive energy, from the entertainers to the bartenders and waiters. A massive highlight of this hotel is the wide range of activities included in the price. ​Our absolute favorites were archery, shuffleboard, and darts, all led by the lovely Rajaa. She brings so much heart, warmth, and infectious positive energy to everything she does, making sure everyone has a fantastic time. ​A special shoutout must also go to the pianist in the lobby—what an incredible talent! He played a wide variety of pieces completely from memory without any sheet music, and every performance was flawless. ​This is genuinely the first hotel we’ve visited that we will definitely return to. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Tunisia and we were both apprehensive about going, But we needn't have been. Apart from the extremely delayed flight leaving Gatwick, the holiday was virtually faultless. On check in we changed British currency into Tunisian Dinar to pay the tourist tax, pay for items in the shop and tips for staff. Initially, the first room they allocated us was not a good one and we declined it (room 256). We were immediately given a lovely room on the ground floor, which is what we had specified to TUI when booking the holiday. The room was spacious and although the furniture a bit dated and past its best, there was masses of storage space which other hotels we stayed in had not offered. We liked the idea of the WC being separate to the bathroom but there should be a washbasin in the WC for hygiene purposes. The air con kept the room at a good temperature. As with a lot of hotels abroad, the choice of UK stations on the TV was limited but some foreign channels were in English. The main restaurant could get very busy depending on the time visited. The food was generally good with plenty of choice although in our opinion potatoes were under-cooked. We had most of our lunches in the snack bar as the food tended to be hotter as freshly cooked. The waiting staff are very attentive and tipping is essential to get the best service but this needn't .be expensive or awkward. There are several pools in the resort mostly for families. We opted to sit round the adult only pool but this did not stop children trying to use it and were very persistent despite the best efforts of the life guard. The pool itself became quite cloudy after a while and could do with being monitored and maintained better. The lobby bar was a charming place to be with attentive waiters and live piano music. The resort has its own beach which we did not use due to the presence of jelly fish. The hotel's gardens are lovely with lots of flowering plants. There is a nice area to relax in as an alternative to sitting round the pool. It is recommended to sit in the shade of a tree.

Great hotel lots of variety and activities to do for both adults and children. All the shows at the amphitheatre were great and couldn’t recommend them anymore on a night. The two best dancers were Washington and Lorenzo.
