We felt welcome from the start with excellent staff who were all very friendly and efficient at making our stay a wonderful experience. A delicious variety of foods on offer everyday with helpful waiting staff. Our room was perfectly cleaned and prepared. Site security staff were great, we would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Not all the facilities were available due to it being out of season but the ones that were, were in good condition. All the staff were really friendly and funny. The entertainment staff got involved in all the activities and made us feel welcome. My favourite was volleyball every morning on the beach. The night entertainment added unique twists to bingo and the quizes which kept everyone engaged. But I found some of the shows were too short. The food was very tasty, I especially liked the puddings. The rooms were very clean but the fridge was loud which kept us awake for parts of the night. Overall would highly recommend this hotel but probably in the summer when all are the pools and facilities are open.

What a fantastic experience at this hotel. Heidi was super helpful and so friendly in making sure we had the best time here. It’s a great set up with various pools and activities to do as not much else in Hammamet this time of year. Thank you for all your efforts

Its been an amazing holiday and everyone as been very helpful the room is nice a spacetious with plenty of storage for our belongings. We have been welcomed by every member of staff and being a neuro diverse family with a medicated child who is normally looked at for being loud this has been a refreshing change. The celebrations for our daughters birthday made her feel like a princess and will be a core memory for many years to come. We couldn't thank the staff enough for making her birthday extra special. The attention to detail from the staff is impeccable leading this holiday to be one to truly remember.
