TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana

We had an amazing stay at TUI Magic Life Africana. The food was amazing, big choice and every evening something different. You can also eat at a la carte restaurant once per weekly stay free of charge. They have an application, where you can book or check what is going on every day at the hotel - very convenient. Everyone can find something to do for themselves - sport classes, evening shows. For example, you can use the banana boat ride everyday once free of charge. Special thanks for Kimo - we had big fun during darts and boccia with you :) Location is also amazing - close to Hammamet Yasmine marina and shops. Hotel is clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Atmosphere was very good, the reception is really helpful at any time you need them. The garden is beautiful and the beach is really nice, sandy and wide. Thank you TUI Magic Life Team for making this stay unforgettable <3

I found Magic life africana in Hammanet Tunisia Fantastic. My Wife and I went for 7 days. The Hotel was always very clean, and our room was cleaned to a good standard every day. The main restaurant served good food which was self serve buffet but waiters keeping your table clean and getting drinks when you wanted one made the experience more 5 star. There where various pools which where very clean and entertainment staff at main pool doing a great job with games etc at various times. The beech was good, very clean sea with security making it feel very safe. The only down fall was there was 2 or 3 ppl selling cheap cigarettes and towels that could be a bit hassling. Hammamet town its self was ok but did get hassled a lot to go in shops etc so mainly stayed in hotel grounds or went on organised trips. Overall 5 star from us. Gareth and Fiona.

We’ve just returned from the most incredible family holiday at TUI Magic Life Africana in Tunisia, and we honestly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A huge special mention has to go to Freyah from the teen entertainment team, who went completely above and beyond for our two little children. She is kind, funny, caring and truly amazing at what she does. Our children absolutely adored her and were genuinely crying when it was time to leave. She made such a lasting impact on our holiday and our family will never forget her. Another massive thank you to Kamel, who made every mealtime so special for us. He always brought our drinks over before we even had to ask and made such a personal effort with both us and the children. His service was outstanding and he made us feel so welcome every single day. The entertainment team were also absolutely fantastic — Livia, Jazz, Tazz, Swazi, Damian, Lorenzo, Washington and Alclone all performed amazingly and created such a fun, energetic atmosphere throughout the holiday. The food was great with plenty of choice, the pools and beach were beautiful, our room was incredible, the weather was perfect and there were so many brilliant activities for both adults and children. This was honestly one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had and we are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at TUI Magic Life Africana for making our holiday so special.

We stayed at TUI Magic Life Africana for 1 week and had an amazing holiday from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and really made our stay special. A huge shout out to Bassem, Monta and Omar at the watersports centre. They gave our daughter so much confidence on the catamaran and banana boat, made her feel completely at ease and made sure she had so much fun every time we went down there. We all had so much fun at the watersports and for my first time on the banana boat it was even more fun than I expected it to be — thank you guys! My partner also tried water skiing for the first time. Although he didn’t quite manage to do it, Bassem was so patient, helpful and understanding throughout. Even though he wasn’t able to get up, he still came back from the water smiling because he genuinely enjoyed the experience and already wants to try again when we return in July. Great people, very friendly and welcoming and they really made the experience enjoyable for all of us. Also a big thank you to Freya from the entertainment team. Our daughter doesn’t usually have much confidence dancing in front of people, but Freya encouraged her so kindly and got her up dancing every night — she absolutely loved it! The entertainment throughout the holiday was brilliant and there was always something fun going on for everyone. My partner has coeliac disease, which always makes us very cautious when travelling, but we honestly could not fault the hotel. He was catered for at every single meal and did not get glutened once during the whole holiday. The staff were so supportive, understanding and careful with his food, which made such a difference to us and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the holiday. entertainment was great, rooms all clean right on the beach 5* from all of us — we would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back in July!

Just returned from holiday what a brilliant place to stay Monta Bassem and Omar were so friendly couldn’t do enough for us especially with the children on the water sports as they were very nervous to go on the banana boat but once they got them on there they were straight there the next day thanks guys Niki manager of entertainment was brilliant always interacting with the children and a big shout out to Freya getting my granddaughter out on the dance floor as she is very shy but once she saw Freya she was straight up there Heidi guest manager is also amazing any problems he sorts straight away and chats to all the guests kitchen and restaurant staff were all very nice and catered for gluten free food was 100 percent ignore all the negative comments about food poisoning etc dance team were amazing with their shows and sawazi singing Monta bellboy very friendly would definitely recommend this hotel and staff for a good holiday you won’t be disappointed 10 out of 10 for everyone
