We booked this hotel as a last minute decision,as my husband and I were ready for sunshine and a bit of relaxation.We had a wonderful welcoming on arrival,very nice and easy check in and staff attitude was outstanding.The hotel is very clean,staff working tirelessly and it shows high standards.March is out of season so not many tourists,but the quality of services was impecable. The hotel has only 2 floors,rooms are very spacious,beds are very comfortable,kettle and tea and coffee available ,refreshed daily. We spent 2 weeks and I would like to mention a few members of staff that were absolutelly amazing.Starting with the senior receptionist Anis who always waved at us and responded vey promptly when our fridge needed to be changed,then the waiters in the buffet restaurant Mouldi and Rhidda,who are truelly exceptional,they are really working hard and provided the best service throughout.From the entertainment team Monta was exceptional,he was in charge of the archery,which was so much fun and my husband became very good at it. Also talking about food in general,a lot of variety,suited for any diet and culture.The hotel has own private beach which offers stunning views,the sea is perfect for swimming,sun loungers very nice and always available.The beach bar service was fabulous,Saiiid is a lovely young man,who is constantly ready to deliver a great service,he really looked after us.My husband celebrated his birthday and the staff made our table so special,decorated with fresh flowers and also sang happy birthday.Everything was really exceptional at this beautiful hotel.We will return very shortly.Well done TUI Magic life Africana.

The hotel is okay - rooms old furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the main restaurant (magico) is below standard. Unhygienic (dirty floor, food around the trays, staff eating while serving, bread on the floor put back in the stand, cook with bare hand in the eggs preparing french toast, and the hygienist picking up food with her fingers), always the same food, looks like re-heated. No fresh juice. Only artificial with a lot of sugar. Only margarine no butter. Marmalade served in huge bowls. The best were the special restaurants Levante and Green Curry. No umbrellas, no service with the beach beds. Too expensive for such a service.

As a woman traveling alone, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all big special thanks to Kimo, Monta and Lorenzo!! and everyone else thank you so much! (I have worked in hotels for years as well therefore i noticed a lot.) What truly made my stay special was the staff. Even the General Manager walked around the hotel every day with a smile, taking the time to talk to both guests and staff. The animation team, as well as the restaurant and bar staff, were absolutely amazing. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Everything they did felt sincere, not just “acting” for guests. They paid attention to the little details, went the extra mile without being asked, and their sense of humor made every moment even more enjoyable. If you are there, don’t forget to give them a tip, they truly deserve it! The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of activities during the day as well as a varied evening program, which kept things fun and interesting. In a short period I visited Tunisia twice. In a 4-star hotel and twice at 5-star hotels. Compared to my previous 5-star experience, this hotel is a world of difference, even though it is located less than 10 minutes away. The quality, attention to detail, and the genuine warmth of the staff here are unmatched. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, entertainment, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
