TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana

We have just returned from our stay at Tui Magic Life Africana and overall we really enjoyed are stay. There is no doubt room for improvements, it is a little bit dated and considering how green the hotel is there is very little in the way of shade so you do need to get your spots early. Housekeeping don't top up your coffee etc in your room you need to grab it from the wunderbar, the same with Milk (the literally give you a full litre carton). This is something that I feel they should probably let you know in the rooms as we found it out from another guest. Food was pretty good, but not as good as some of the other tui magic life resorts. The theme nights were great though. The restaurants were lovely, the best by far I thought was the Tunisian restaurant, if you like your curry's I would probably avoid the Curry restaurant as the food was actually quite bland. My biggest bug bare that I found with the hotel is the amount of staff that were just scrolling on their phones and smoking but the majority were great. we loved the team at the snack bar and the beach bar, they couldn't do enough for you. Its probably worth knowing you can just take bottle of water/pop/wine back to your room too. The entertainment team were great, but never in doubt at a magic life hotel! They bring the energy and we enjoyed getting involved with some of the activities like water polo and volley ball. The aqua aerobic was good fun too, my little girl even got involved. We wouldn't normally stay by the activity pool but it was great atmosphere and the music was a good level. We spent quite a lot of time at the Aqua park pools, which too our surprise was the quietest area to be in and also had the warmest pools... the 1.3mtr pool was like a bath! We also tried the spa which was a great experience, it was very traditional! As someone who enjoys a glass of wine, I would also recommend trying the golf bar and buying some wine, its only around £12 a bottle and is so much nicer than the house wine. the Mymo club team were all fab and are great with the kids, my little girl went in for an hour with her new friend and she settled in very quickly but it was also lovely to see how engaged she was with them all at the family disco where mymo comes out and visits the kids.. trust me you'll be singing that song for weeks after you get home! Overall a great trip and we did enjoy our time

Food very average seemed more catered towards the locals ,air con not the best ,especially in the foyer whilst waiting 5 hours for pick up. Beach was ok but not outstanding. Beach bar very poor been to other hotels with beach bars far superior.Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable, Value for money not really worth it. Reasonably clean, We were lucky and had a quiet room tucked away from the pool area.

An absolute 10/10 vacation at TUI Magic Life Africana! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. The animation team deserves a special shoutout-their energy, friendly spirit, and daytime activities kept us entertained from morning till night. The beach area is beautiful, the main pool atmosphere is lively, and relaxing by the beach bar at sunset was a highlight. A massive thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable♡

Sounds too good to be true. It actually is!!! Money well spent! What an absolutely fantastic hotel. From the moment you arrive, there seems to be a genuine warmth and energy about the place. Every person smiles, every one goes out of their way to help. Without any expectation in return. The food was fabulous even though we are vegetarians- there is a full row of veg food displayed. The cooks made pasta for my kids. The eggs were poached (really nice touch) and Noares always knew how to make my omelette. She was such a. Darling. My kids were so fond of yahya who always made something special for them. The pianist is amazing and creates such a brilliant atmosphere in the evenings. The bartenders deserve a special mention too — always friendly, welcoming and somehow managing to keep smiling no matter how busy they are.adem, big sabeur,hatem, junior sabeur The fitness team are amazing — enthusiastic, energetic and genuinely good at what they do. Taz lorenzo alcione and are a few to mention. You name it yoga, Pilates, gym, abs workout, hiit classes. Swazi was such a great entertainer too. But what really makes this hotel special is the people. From the Brazilians to the South Africans and everyone in between, you are greeted with a smile. The international team creates such a friendly, upbeat atmosphere throughout the resort. It is very rare to find somewhere where so many different parts come together so well — the entertainment, fitness, food, drinks, atmosphere and, above all, the staff. The rooms were so clean and we loved the special treats like pancakes and toasties in the middle of the day. The best bit was the water sports. The person who runs it was just so kind. I have a frozen shoulder but managed to get in a banana boat and he was so kind to lessen the speed and think about our safety. Finally the spa was just brilliant. I did not feel I was sold to - the massage was brilliant. To my own surprise I got my hair coloured and monia was a true asset to the spa facilities. She sang, smiled - just so lovely. Makes my holiday feel like a proper holiday. We came here hoping for a great holiday and it has genuinely exceeded our expectations.

This was our first visit to this hotel and we had a great stay. Although the hotel was full we were still able to get loungers on the beach at 10.30am every day and a table in the main Magico Restaraunt for breakfast and dinner without a problem. The food was delicious, amazing cheese boad for dinner at the buffet! Our room was spacious with plenty of space for our clothes and enough plug sockets and charging points. I used the gym a couple of times, there are also exercises classes led by the animation team, the step class was great as well as yoga. The stand out class was Wine Yoga where you sip wine as you do yoga poses...great fun! The entertainment was great, the animation staff are friendly, encouraging you to join in but not pushy if you just want to drink and chat. Highlight of our stay was dinner at the Levante Restaraunt which is one of the A-la-Cartes which serves Tunisian food, I would highly recommend a visit. I'm sure we'll visit again.
