Akra Kemer

We recently spent our family holiday at Akra Kemer, and the Kids' Club was hands down the best part of our stay! From the very first day, our children were absolutely enchanted and practically begged to go there every morning. The animation team—especially Lyuba, Sevda, Cansu, and Yağmur—deserves the highest praise. They are incredibly professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about working with kids. The daily program is wonderfully diverse and engaging, packed with creative crafts, exciting quests, active games, and of course, the kids' absolute favorite: the evening mini-discos. As parents, it gave us complete peace of mind knowing our children were in such safe, caring, and reliable hands. The club area is spotless, well-equipped, and designed with safety and fun in mind.

Coming back to Akra Kemer after four years, I can say it looks different and it is so beautiful and definitely relaxing. Sitting around the pool area is soothing, the atmosphere is quiet and so relaxing. From the time we checked In, the staff has been wonderful, literally every one, they have been helpful and always smiling. I love Domfu, such a lovely young lady, always Checking on us and coming to have a chat with us, smart lady she is. I also had a little engagement with Ruvy, she is such a wonderful kid, I noted that she is a teens magnet they love her so much. The food and drinks have been absolutely amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the high level of service in Akra Kemer! The room we stayed in was amazing: clean, spacious and cozy. The staff in the main restaurant and pool bar are so nice: they always smile, help you out, and never overstep. Lovely people in the animation team: Domfu, Batuhan, Tom, Okan, Rosa, Daria. Their funny jokes, good manners, kind attitude, and interesting activities made the whole process so much better. Special thanks to guest relations people who take care of every detail of our experience. Another unexpected delight was meeting so many friendly guests. It was a pleasure to get to know each of them!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was amazing, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. The entertainment was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant — so friendly, energetic and genuinely made us feel welcome. They worked so hard to make sure everyone was having a great time, and their enthusiasm really made a difference to our holiday. They deserve a massive amount of praise for the effort they put in every day and night. They made the whole experience so much more fun and memorable! They really made you feel like family👍🏽 A special mention has to go to the DJ, who was absolutely fantastic! The music, atmosphere and energy were spot on, and he really knew how to get everyone enjoying themselves. He wasn’t just an amazing DJ, but also such a friendly and genuine person. I’m really happy to say that I made a good friendship with the DJ during our stay, which made the holiday even more special. It’s not often you come away from a holiday having made such a great connections, and I’ll definitely remember it. We had an amazing time and would happily return. A massive thank you to everyone at the hotel, but especially the entertainment team and the DJ — you made our holiday unforgettable!

Just got back from our two week stay for the THIRD time at this outstanding hotel from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we felt special . We were a group of 7, myself my husband, my three kids and two of their partners.. The service and staff were on point. They really made you feel like a guest and not just another number ,nothing was too much effort. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were working round the clock to keep it that way. RESTAURANTS Buffet restaurant was lovely never bored and always changed it up and was delicious Food in the day time was nice too one side was a choice of burgers , fish, pasta, chips and many more. The other side you have, pizzas, waffles, pancakes, icecreams and fruit. The waiters were brilliant there AL E CARTES There was a choice of Asian,Italian, fish, Mexican and Turkish all included in your stay and you can book them as many times as you wish. The asian, fish, Mexican and Itailan were our favourites ,but the only slight comment i will make on the Italian, although , still good ,was that the steak was not as impressive as in previous years, but still very tasty. service was on point in all. The entertainment in the evenings was ok a little repetitive we spent alot of time either in the luna bar(rooftop) or the lobby bar .Drinks were great all branded and cocktails to die for. One thing i would say though is they have didn't have any Disaranno which is my favourite please bring it back . just a personal preference. The ANIMATION team were great a special shout out to TOM who without him our holiday would not of been as fun he has such an infectious ,kind, funny way about him our kids loved him. Getting us up and involved in all activities , with his wicked banter and cheeky ways , which normally my kids wouldnt do ,and that says alot. never forgot us ,chatted to us ,never let us feel left out and made us and the rest of the guests feel like one big part of the AKRA family . The atmosphere round the pool was fun and the people on the roller skates were on point serving you drinks all day long big shout out to Suleyman and Nadir x All in all yet again,AKRA, you have smashed it and will definitely be returning next year. We have never ever believed in retuning to the same hotel more than once and next year will be our fourth time and that speaks volumes . Every guest that i have spoken to so far has been there more than once and all say the same and that says alot.. Miss you guys already and its only been a day since coming home.
