Aletris Deluxe Hotel Spa

We stayed at Aletris Deluxe Hotel & SPA as a couple from 29 August to 5 September 2026 and overall had an excellent holiday. We arrived at the hotel at around 6am, while official check-in starts at 2pm. There was no problem with giving us our all-inclusive wristbands straight away, so we could already use the hotel facilities and have breakfast. We simply received our room later, once it was ready, which was perfectly reasonable. So if you arrive very early, it is worth asking about access to the all-inclusive facilities before check-in. We had a spacious room overlooking the pool. It was clean, well maintained and cleaned regularly, while the minibar was replenished every day. Wi-Fi worked very well both in our room and throughout the hotel. The connection was a bit weaker at the hotel beach, but that did not bother us much. We travelled with the Polish branch of TUI and had booked what was described as a standard all-inclusive package. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel actually operated on an ultra all-inclusive basis, including international alcohol brands at the bars. We also discovered that the lobby bar is open 24 hours a day, which had not been mentioned to us before the trip. The food was one of the strongest points of the hotel. The choice in the main restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner was huge, and it was easy to eat something different every day. There is also a patisserie inside the hotel, as well as snack bars by the pool and at the beach. The beach snack bar was particularly useful because you could have a proper lunch there without having to return to the main hotel. The hotel also has a SPA area with reasonably priced treatment packages and an indoor pool. We did not use the indoor pool because the weather was excellent throughout our stay, but it is a nice option to have. The beach is around a 12-minute walk from the hotel, but there is also a shuttle running approximately every 15 minutes in both directions until 7pm. Getting there and back was never a problem. The hotel's section of the beach is large, with plenty of sunbeds and a beach volleyball court, and it was cleaned every day. If you do not feel like walking in the heat, the shuttle is definitely the easier option. Evening entertainment was another strong point. During our stay there was live music, karaoke, acrobatic shows and quizzes, and most of it was at a genuinely good level. Fridays are dedicated to a DJ party, while on Tuesdays there is a 16+ party in the club inside the hotel, which continues until around 2am. There was enough going on in the evenings to keep things interesting without making the hotel feel like a party resort. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The biggest one for us was the inconsistency at the bars. Most of the bartenders unfortunately made rather poor cocktails, even very standard drinks such as a Cuba Libre. At the same time, there were a few bartenders, who made genuinely very good drinks. The quality often depended on who happened to be behind the bar. The second issue happened right at the beginning of our stay. The employee who took our luggage to the room was extremely pushy about receiving a tip for transporting two suitcases roughly 200 metres. What made the situation particularly uncomfortable was that he actually looked into my wallet to see what banknotes I had. We have no problem tipping good service, but this crossed a line and left a poor first impression. The third point concerns the à la carte restaurants. There are three options, but each operates only on selected days. The Turkish restaurant is open only on Saturdays, the Italian restaurant on Mondays and Thursdays, and the seafood restaurant on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Guests staying for at least 7 days are entitled to one à la carte dinner per week as part of the package. In our case, arriving on Saturday meant that we had no opportunity to try the Turkish restaurant during our stay. If the à la carte dinner matters to you, it is worth checking the opening days as soon as you arrive. Despite these points, we had a really great stay. The room was comfortable, the food selection was excellent, the beach facilities were very good, the evening entertainment was enjoyable and the ultra all-inclusive package turned out to be better than we had expected. Overall, we would happily recommend Aletris Deluxe Hotel & SPA and would consider staying here again.

We really liked the hotel. We came with our friends and everything was really fun. On our second day, there was a party and it was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed the entertainment and shows, and the people from the animation team were really friendly and smiling. The food was quite good, and the quality of the service was satisfactory.

Just home from this amazing hotel x it was the best one we have stayed at in turkey x staff were fantastic always friendly and available to help with anything we needed which created an amazing atmosphere throughout our stay x food was brilliant we always found something every meal x hotel is exceptionally clean never had to wait for anything x Location was great for us a migros 2 minutes away and lots of other shops 10 minutes walk away but the hotel also had all the shops you needed if you didn't want to venture out x beach was amazing and clean x Rooms were spacious with lots of storage they were cleaned daily but you could choose which days by just a switch in the roomx Pools were amazing both large with easy access with a bar between them both If you needed a snack between meals the patisserie was open for cakes ,waffles and ice-cream x Would definitely recommend this hotel and we are planning on returning next year because it had everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday and great value x

Whilst this hotel may have the required facilities to promote itself as a 5 star, it does not feel like one. We were there in August and it was extremely crowded. There were 10+ min queues for all bars, all of the time. You had to get your towel on a sunbed before 10.30am or there would be no space by the pool for the rest of the day. Even at dinner there were not enough tables and people frequently walking around with plates, searching for a table. For British visitors (particularly families); the make up was probably 50% Russian, 30% German, 25% polish and the rest Dutch. We only encountered another Brit on our last day. It was my 6th time in Turkey and 5th time in the Antalya region; I would say this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff are generally friendly but do not go above and beyond. Some are fairly disinterested. The kids club girls (Eda and Turgce, I think) are very good and make an effort. Overall it feels very mass market rather than customer centric.

It is the best vacation ever. Food was great and hotel is so clean. Everyone is smiling here! We had a lot of fun with the animation team and mini club was so great also. We love Sait, Eda and Tugce. They were really friendly and made our holiday better. Shows, live musics, a lot of actives! I will come back here again!
