Space party and morning gymnastic was excelent. The activities at this hotel were absolutely fantastic! The entertainment team was friendly, energetic, and professional. There was always something fun to do, from sports and games to evening shows and fitness classes. The instructors made everyone feel welcome and ensured that guests of all ages had a great time. These activities made our stay even more enjoyable and created wonderful memories. Animators was very kind and nice. Highly recommended

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very mixed. The location itself was actually quite good, as it was relatively close to both the beach and the local bazaars, which made getting around and exploring the area very convenient. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and quiet for most of the holiday, which we did appreciate. The rooms were also genuinely nice and modern, and overall we were happy with the appearance and comfort of them. However, we did experience a few electrical issues in our room during the stay, which was disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star experience. One of the biggest positives of the holiday was definitely the animation team. A few of the guys really made a huge effort to make our stay enjoyable, and the nightly entertainment was actually very good. Most evenings we spent watching the animations and shows, and everyone in our group agreed they were entertaining and enjoyable. That being said, a few members of the animation team could sometimes come across as a bit too forward or rude. However, Ali and his cousin from the animation team were honestly the best people we met during the entire holiday. They were polite, friendly, funny, and always willing to help whenever we had any issues or questions. They genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, and without them our experience would have been far less enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel, and thanks to them our stay was not bad overall. Unfortunately, there were also several negatives that really let the hotel down. Some of the hotel staff were rude and behaved inappropriately towards our girlfriends during the holiday. For example, one lifeguard seemed more interested in recording videos with the girls in the pool than actually doing his job properly. On top of that, some staff members somehow managed to find the girls’ social media accounts and were messaging them offering to meet up outside of work, which made everyone feel uncomfortable and was highly unprofessional. The food was another major disappointment. The selection was very small and repetitive, and the quality of the food was not great either. Most nights the food was bland and often cold, which resulted in us ordering food from outside the hotel multiple times instead of eating there. The bar was also disappointing, with very limited alcoholic drink choices. Most drinks appeared to be made using unbranded alcohol, and they either tasted far too sweet or far too strong to enjoy properly. Security around the hotel also seemed very poor. On arrival, there was a very drunk and aggressive individual verbally abusing me in a foreign language and attempting to start a fight. Despite this situation, security staff were nowhere to be seen, and throughout the entire holiday we rarely saw any visible security presence around the hotel at all. In terms of value for money, I personally think the hotel is slightly overpriced for what it offers. While the hotel itself is not terrible, it definitely does not feel like a true 5-star experience. Nobody really seemed willing to go the extra step to make guests feel special, and overall it felt like a very average getaway with not a lot to offer beyond the basics. To summarise, the location was decent, the rooms were nice, and the entertainment team — especially Ali and his cousin — helped make the holiday enjoyable. However, the poor food quality, inappropriate behaviour from some staff, lack of security, and average service overall mean I would not personally class this as a true 5-star hotel and i would personally rate is as 3.5 stars. I have visited a lot of 5 star hotels in the city and they definitely proved themselves to be 5 star, but as for this hotel.... no where near.

Lovely hotel very clean food a bit repetitive but good rooms great had a swim up room great on an afternoon when sun had been on the pool and nice a quiet on a night. Bit hit and miss with when bars are open and although we tried to book an à la carte restaurant on our second day was told only there was one space before we left. The beer was nice and cold but the cocktails were dreadful and the white wine was left out of the fridge so not cold. The beach and beach bar were excellent 5 min trip in mini bus some bars and plenty of shops 10min walk away

I can definitely recommend this hotel - made a lot of friends along other guests, as well as the hotel animator’s crew which is simply amazing. Everyone has their own vibe and great sense of humor - big shoutout to all of them, especially to Tugce for being the most warm-hearted person I’ve met in a while, Ali for spreading his high energy everywhere, Nils for making everyone laugh and great smalltalk, Selman for having fun while taking care of everyone, Yusaf and all the bar crew for best drinks and a lot of funny situations ;) Also cheers to all people who make this place work and feel cosy - helpful reception, restaurant and cafeteria crew who kept our bellies full, great security and room service. Hotel is well equipped and clean, there’s a beach in walking distance (and Bus transport form hotel door) which is clean and also has its own bar with food, beach volleyball games and other attractions nearby. Well communicated place to take a bus to Side or Antalya. Genuinely wish I could spent more time there

Great Holiday with best staff and view food was great but lunch can be better otherwise everything was okay.
