AQI Pegasos Resort

It’s such a lovely feeling when a hotel gives you more than you expected! I’ve stayed in many hotels, but honestly, I can’t remember ever experiencing such wonderful service from the waiters. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Hasan Dağ, Emrah Doğan, and Serhat Özçelik! ❤️ You really made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Hasan and Emrah once again for their kindness, attention, and excellent service. They were always friendly, quick, and genuinely caring, and they made every meal even more enjoyable. And a special thank you to Serhat Özçelik for such a thoughtful gesture when we were leaving. He made sure we had food and drinks to take with us for the journey, which we really didn’t expect. Thank you, Serhat, for taking care of us right until the very last moment. These little things make such a big difference and are what you remember long after a holiday ends. There was just one downside to our stay. If you’re planning to visit towards the end of the season, be aware that the pools and water slides are not heated. I chose this hotel mainly because of the water slides for my children, so I was really disappointed that they couldn’t use them because the water was simply too cold. I really hope the hotel considers heating the pools and water slides during the cooler months, as it would make such a difference for families visiting at this time of year. Despite that disappointment, we had a lovely stay, and the wonderful staff made it even more special. Thank you again to Hasan, Emrah, and Serhat for your kindness, care, and excellent service! ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this all-inclusive hotel! Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes to enjoy every day. The entertainment was amazing, with fun activities and enjoyable shows. A special mention goes to the incredible staff! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed every moment of our holiday. A perfect combination of relaxation, delicious food, great entertainment, and outstanding service!

Bartender Enes is the best bartender. He and his crew serve the best drinks that let you party until the morning while forgetting all your problems."
