A lovely hotel with gorgeous balcony views, outstanding service from Nebi Cheff at the Italian restaurant (fine dining) this man couldn't do enough for my family an absolute legend.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like every member of staff was chasing a tip. It creates such an uncomfortable, humiliating atmosphere — you feel you can't ask for anything or receive basic service without being expected to pay extra on top of what you've already paid for your stay. Housekeeping: We were told towels and bedding would be changed daily. But if we didn't leave a tip every single day, it simply wasn't done. Towels stayed the same, bedding wasn't touched. Cups were often left uncleaned. It felt like basic hotel service had become optional depending on whether they thought they'd get extra money from you. Around the pool: Same issue — if you hadn't tipped, don't expect help or even a lounger. It's shocking that guests are treated differently based on whether they hand over extra cash. Management and reception: When we asked to speak to the manager about these issues, we were repeatedly told "the manager is on holiday" or "the manager isn't here." It felt like they simply didn't want to speak to us. Our concerns were ignored. The attitude from both reception and management was appalling — they happily take your payment, but once you're there, you're on your own. It feels like you have to double your budget just to get the basics done. No guest should have to pay twice for the same service. I felt constantly pressured and humiliated during our stay. Will I return? Absolutely not. I cannot recommend this hotel. Avoid it unless you enjoy being chased for money every step of the way.

We had such a great family trip, despite a few days of rainy weather. Would 100% come back again. We were 3 families - total 11 people including 4 children and there was something for everyone. The best part of the entire vacation was definitely the beach! The water was crystal clear and the sand was soft and clean and well kept with lots of chairs and shade provided by the resort. The pools and slides unfortunately were a bit too cold for our kids but the heated indoor pool was great for the few rainy days out of our 10 day trip. The first 6 days were hot and full of sunshine and the waves were calm enough to swim out in the morning but then big enough in the afternoons to have some wave crashing fun. The evening shows were also stellar with the Extreme Stunts show being one of the most exciting resort shows I have ever seen. The food was excellent as well with tons of variety every night! We ate every meal in the buffet and loved it. Finally, a big thank you to our daily server, Mehmet Ali Horbeli Cem - he made every meal delightful and especially went out of his way to make my mother’s 80th birthday celebration very memorable.
