AQI Pegasos Royal

4 of us stayed here on a girls trip and honestly had the best time. It’s a lovely hotel on a beautiful stretch of beach. A massive plus for us was being able to use the facilities across all three hotels. It meant we had constant access to all the bars, pools, and slide and there was always plenty of sunlounger to choose from. We did have our favourite spot and managed get it every day. The entertainment here is amazing with 3 different shows each night, followed by karaoke, a disco, or live music. There is so much choice. Louis is fantastic (highly recommend!) and the fire show is unbelievable. Food wise, it's great with loads of choice for both kids and adults, and the service is brilliant throughout. I especially enjoyed the theme nights and the kebab chicken is delicious. It is easily the cleanest hotel you will ever stay in, plus the grounds are beautiful and constantly being looked after. All of the staff are very friendly. They really do go out of their way for you. A few people made our holiday this year. Mahmut and Ata looked after us so well at dinner. They are both caring and nothing was ever too much trouble; they became a massive part of our stay. Mahmut is extra special—he's so lovely and makes sure you enjoy your time at dinner, always quick with the service and ready with your drink. Samei and Yousef also looked after us when waiting on us, they worked super hard. Deniz at beach bar always has a smile on his face and a drink ready as he knows what you like . He is really funny, loves a chat, and creates a great atmosphere which kept us visiting daily. Adnan at the Buddha Bar always remebers your drinks order and never let your glass go empty. Adnan is easily one of the most hardworking people ever and clearly loves his job. The entertainment team at the Royal is just so special and they are the main reason we keep returning. Ekin is funny and is a great host, he has loads of energy and is brilliant at getting people involved. Abdullah is incredible and takes his job to a whole new level. He’s one of the friendliest, kindest men you could meet. Our favourite game was his Kubb game because he makes it so much fun and hes always up dancing with you on an evening. The hotel is lucky to have him as part of the team. Pedro is so hard working and he does the best aqua aerobics session. Our evenings wouldn't have been the same without him keeping the party going on the dance floor, He had loads of time for us and made our holiday that little bit more special and Can makes you feel welcome straight away. His English is fantastic, meaning we could sit down and have a proper conversation with him. We joined his darts games daily and they were brilliant, he constantly kept us laughing with his natural humour and made our holiday even more enjoyable. They are all massive assets to the hotel and made our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely keep coming back!

We had a wonderful vacacion, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, hotel service was spot on and we need to give a special thanks to Tarik, the best server, for his energy and smile. He was so jolly and truly made our vacacion special

An unforgettable place – and even more unforgettable people ❤️ I would like to bring something to the attention of everyone who manages AQI Pegasus Royal. What an incredible place! The sea is beautiful, the sandy beach is right there, and the food is fantastic. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the resort itself. But there is something even more important that I want every manager here to know: You have incredible people working for you. The resort is beautiful, but it is your employees who create the atmosphere, the feeling of luxury, and at the same time the feeling of being at home. All of your staff were wonderful, but the waiters were some of the nicest people I have ever met working in hospitality. They are kind, hardworking, attentive and genuinely warm. You can feel that they care. They are the ones who turn a holiday into an unforgettable experience. I would especially like to mention Zafer and Halil. Please know how special these people are. You are very lucky to have them on your team. Your resort is beautiful — but honestly, not as beautiful as the people who work there.
