AQI Pegasos Royal

We stayed here in October for 11 nights. I will start with all the positives. Our room was lovely, plenty of space for clothes, a large balcony with a beautiful sea and pool view. Small touches that went a long way was having bath robes and slippers and a welcome pack lunch when we arrived. The cleaner kept our room clean and did some towel art which we love. The beach is beautiful and clean The one thing that stands out to me at this hotel was the staff! Never had service like it. Adnan was always making sure no one had an empty glass. He went above and beyond. The staff in the restaurant was always making sure things were clean and tidy. (I just wish I could have mentioned them.but didn’t get their names.) Entertainment team were fun and lively. Not to pushy. As my son would have found that difficult. They were amazing. Had some foam parties and games. Lots to do there bowling, darts, archery, shuffleboard, aqua park, gym, games room. The food was nice. Entertainment was good. Not our cup of tea as we’re not into that. Quite happy for karaoke and tunes which they did. Their live singers were brilliant. Especially love paul! Then you could go onto the club. On our rainy day. John from entertainment kept us busy by playing darts and having a chat. So friendly and lovely as they all were. Now for the silly negatives. No kettle in the room. You had to pay for that. That was annoying. something that’s not the hotels fault. But location for us is essential. We like to be 10mins by bus to a town to hit bars and restaurants & Alanya was a hour away by bus. There was a few shops across the road for snacks, clothes etc & Avsaller was not far away with loads of shops. But not many bars and restaurants. We had a lovely stay here even when the weather was bad. But a bit of feedback to make the hotel even better would be Themed parties!!! White parties, 80s, 90s, rock, etc. could be a side line for the hotel as you could earn money selling glowsticks, wigs, etc.. And us English love a theme night! Overall 10/10 for service! Absolutely outstanding.

Wonderful Holiday and Amazing Staff! ❤️ We are having a really lovely time at AQI Pegasos Royal! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. What we appreciate the most is the service, especially in the restaurant. We would like to say a special thank you to Hasan Dağ, Emrah Doğan, and Mahmut Umam. These guys are absolutely wonderful! They are always smiling, incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. What really impressed us is how quickly and efficiently they work, even when the restaurant is very busy. They notice the little things, remember what guests like, and are always happy to help. You can really feel that they care about their guests and enjoy what they do. It’s such a pleasure to be served by people who are not only professional but also genuinely kind. I also want to mention the lovely housekeeping ladies. They are always friendly and smiling, and they do such a great job! You hardly ever notice them working, but everything is always clean, fresh, and tidy. It’s one of those little things that makes a holiday so much more comfortable, and their hard work definitely deserves appreciation too. Honestly, it’s the people who make this hotel special. From the waiters to the housekeeping team, everyone contributes to making guests feel comfortable and welcome. A big thank you to Hasan, Emrah, Mahmut, and the wonderful housekeeping ladies for taking such good care of us! ❤️ We are really enjoying our stay and would happily come back again! Olha

Returned to my second home yet again I've lost count how many times I've been here since 2019 now. Absolutely love the place it is definitely home from home.
