Arum Barut Collection

Our second year running to this Arum Barut and again everything was exceptional. Cleanliness, quality and overall upkeep of all areas are above standard. All staff are so polite and courteous and make you feel that they want you to have the best time possible. An additional big thank you to all the bar staff, you are all amazing. Apologies that I can only remember the guys name that looked after us each day at the pool bar, Umut, Furkon and Ali, thank you for your professionalism and fun interaction with our family.

Had a fabulous week-long break at the Arum Barut with my family. It’s a lovely hotel, not a huge sprawling one, they’ve created a really nice balance of space and amenities without needing 15 square miles in which to do it. We found all the staff really friendly, attentive and genuinely willing to serve you. A big thanks in particular to the bar staff at the main pool bar. These guys don’t stop all day - continually making cocktails, consistently well. They had some great banter. My son (8) won a kids darts game as part of the daily activities and he won a “kiddie cocktail” and the bar staff made a really big deal out of it - telling customers that they had a priority drink to make, pointing out to other customers who this “winner” was and made him feel extremely special. We opted for a penthouse room which had a huge balcony with stunning views. The rooms were spacious, a great sized bathroom and shower. Comfortable beds and a well stocked minibar. The rooms were quiet but the pool / sea facing rooms meant that the evening entertainment was clearly audible until around 11pm. Not such a a big deal on holiday but if you’re up early like we are - it makes for long days! We had 3 Al la carté opportunities and opted for the Asian, International and the Turkish restaurants. We found the service excellent at all three. Our favourite was the Turkish restaurant. We had pre-dinner drinks at the beach bar near the back of the hotel and this was a great place to watch the sunset. The main buffet / restaurant had an excellent selection every night usually with a different theme. Turkish kebab night was superb as was Mexican night. My son really enjoyed the fresh pasta / bolognese section where they cooked for you a pasta + sauce / bolognese of your choice topped with cheese. He had that way too often but finished his plate every time. The evening entertainment was generally to a decent standard and mostly outside. Since the evenings in mid October are on the cool side we didn’t watch as many acts as we normally would. The lounge bar was our usual choice where we could play card games as a family while being continually topped up with the high standard of cocktails. They have a WhatsApp setup in case you need anything - I only messaged them once to request a few more beers in the room minibar which they sorted within 30 mins. Top service. A heated pool was very welcome especially in October. We did attempt to swim in the other main pool but it was very cold, the water park isn’t heated either but was still good fun. Gym really well equipped. They also do the resistance bikes-in-the-water classes which looked intense. Lots of Germans here so you need to be ready for 0731 for your sunbed. The hotel do claim to operate a no-towels on beds before 0730 policy. I was outside at 0745 each morning and still couldn’t get the “premium” spots. We’d definitely stay here again.

Love exercise classes with Irina. She is so professional and caring. ❤️❤️ My daughter also enjoy Baby star club. ⭐🌟All the staff are very nice and the activities are interesting for kids.

It is the 5th time coming to your hotel and we love it ,the rooms are perfect and very clean ,the food is out of this world there is always something for everyone, and it doesn't matter wherever you are your treated like a queen .
