Lovely hotel, excellent customer service across the board from all staff. Lovely grounds and setting with a beautiful beach and pools. Good food and really nice al la carte restaurants. The walk to Side along the coast is lovely. We went as a family of 5 and the family room with one child in the sofa bed worked well. Room and hotel were all cleaned to a high standard. Staff often went the extra mile - we were a group of 10 in total (2 families) and at lunch the table would get prepped for us and staff remembered drinks orders after the first day or two which was a nice touch. The weather wasn’t amazing but the heated pool went on early which meant the youngest in the group could still spend most of the day in the pool which was appreciated and shows that the hotel really thinks about its guest rather than places I’ve been before where the heated pool isn’t available no matter what the weather until a certain date. Lovely holiday, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with a lovely promenade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the sports activities, including pilates, yoga, and aqua biking. Irina led the yoga and aqua bike, and Angela taught pilates. We really liked both trainers — they were friendly, supportive, and explained everything clearly in multiple languages. The weather was bad throughout our week, so these activities made a big difference and helped us enjoy our holiday despite the rain. A big thank you to Irina and Angela!

The hotel is truly 5* but we will not return. The guest smoke everywhere even in the restaurant seating area outdoor where signs are clearly visible. Staff does nothing about it just walks past them. We went with a 8months old and it was a massive issue. They smoke at every pool and sunbeds. That is the issue, hitel is 95% German and they are rude tourists with extremely spoiled kids. Ignoring the fact above- staff amazing, food is really good plus the 3 a'la carte are also brill. Drinks and cocktails are amazing and loads off. Two private piers and private beach. Venues are beautiful. It's clean and can't fault it. So if you don't mind smoking it is an amazing hotel!

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and food and choices are amazing. All staff are a credit to the hotel and go the extra mile to make your stay the best it can be, always pleasant and helpful.
