Balmy Foresta

It was our first time in Turkey and we had a fabulous experience!!☺️ We stayed in Balmy Foresta Hotel from 17th till 24th of October! The view is breathtaking, the food is amazing, the staff is really friendly and caring! Specifically, I would like to congratulate MRS Latifa Melyani, from Guest Relations, for her outstanding work! She really loves her job, doing an amazing service! We enjoyed nights at À la carte restaurant, especially the Seasons and the Maja😇 The live music in the lobby terrace, the extraordinary drinks from the bar, a good laugh was all we needed! The patisserie is really good, satisfying all tastes! Everything is well thought, activities any time for every age!

I stayed at this hotel with my infant and elderly mother from October 22, 2026, to October 28, 2026. Initially, we were placed in room 459 in the main building, located directly above the disco; the music in the evening was so loud that it kept my baby from sleeping! Furthermore, I was unable to get the air conditioning in the room to work, and although I repeatedly asked the front desk for assistance, no one helped! Ultimately, we were moved to a villa—unit 623—but there was an issue with the plumbing! Thankfully, it was resolved quite quickly—at least there’s that! Furthermore, I would like the hotel management to look into the following situation: on the evening of October 27, 2026, around 6:00 PM, I went to the reception desk to inform them that we would be checking out early the next morning at 6:00 AM for our transfer. I asked for a buggy service to transport our suitcases from the villa. A somewhat heavy-set male staff member assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and told me to simply call the reception 10 minutes beforehand to request the buggy. The next morning, a different staff member informed me that it was impossible to request a buggy because they don’t operate at night, and that I would have to bring my own luggage to the reception! It was nighttime, pitch dark, and raining—was I really expected to haul everything—along with an infant, a stroller, suitcases, and my elderly mother—to the reception myself upon checkout? Are you serious?! This isn’t the service of a 5-star hotel; it’s the service of a dump! It’s absolutely disgusting and outrageous! A staff member from the reception did eventually help me with my things, but the employee I spoke to the day before was completely incompetent! Why mislead me by promising that a buggy would be provided? And what kind of hotel expects its guests to carry their own luggage? This is completely unacceptable, especially given the price of a stay at your hotel!

I wholeheartedly recommend Balmy Foresta Hotel in Beldibi to everyone. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The hotel is surrounded by stunning greenery, beautiful pine forests and unique varieties of flowers. The grounds are enormous, with plenty of attractions and activities to enjoy. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and provide outstanding service. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linen provided and toiletries replenished regularly. Special recognition goes to the wonderful lady from the housekeeping team, who always makes sure we feel comfortable and at home in our suite. The food is fresh, absolutely delicious and incredibly varied. It is impossible to try everything during a single meal! The waiters do their very best to ensure that everything is always available and that guests have everything they need. This hotel truly deserves its five stars. We spent eight wonderful days here, and the breathtaking combination of sea and mountain views is simply unforgettable. Balmy Foresta is definitely the best choice for a holiday in Turkey! ♥️♥️♥️ BALMY FORESTA, THANK YOU for making our stay so special and for sharing 8 unforgettable days with us at the best hotel in Beldibi! 🥰✨

We had one difficult situation at the beginning, but it was resolved within an hour, and after that, it was truly amazing. Great service from the housekeeping staff, waitstaff, and managers. Very good food, great location—you walk among the trees and just feel like you’re relaxing; if you want to unwind from a heavy workload, this is the place. I chose this hotel for my engagement, and it met all my expectations. Until recently, Paloma was my top choice, but from now on, Balmy will be the best hotel—and I’ll definitely be back more than once. We had a wonderful stay at Balmy Forest! The atmosphere was lovely, surrounded by nature, and everything made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We were genuinely happy with our experience, and we were sad to leave at the end of our stay. We would definitely love to come back again! 😊
