Barut B Suites

We stayed here in September 2026, just a short review on how I found it. Cleanliness: 10/10 The Barut B Suites room, grounds and buildings were absolutely spotlessly clean. Rooms: 4/10 We were in block B room 104. The room itself was clean, spacious and had pretty much everything you would need. The room was a little bit dated, neither TV had any English channels on other than BBC news and they just lagged. No way to get a firestick working. Our room was opposite a massive party hotel, which had music blasting all day and most of the night and if that wasn’t bad enough we were facing the mosque which was loud on call to prayer. So we’re woken at 5am every morning and the screeching went on for up to 10 minutes. Fridge was stocked sometimes with coke, Fanta and water. 4 days wasn’t stocked. Pool: 7/10 Great pool, plenty of beds and clean. The negatives were that people ignored the no smoking rules, staff just let them get on with it. So the stench of cheap cigarette smoke was horrible at times. The vibe around the pool was pretty rubbish, not much from the animation team, a half cocked attempt over the mic to get people involved, music playlist was hit and miss. Beach: 2/10 What a shame, private beach that’s just littered with cigarette butts, straws and bits of rubbish. This wasn’t confined to the sun bed area, but was all over the beach. The beach bar and food was pretty good, ice creams available and staff nice. One thing, if you’re not down at the beach for 10am you’ll be lucky to get a bed until after lunch. Food: 7/10 The food on the whole was very good, amazing choice and ingredients were first class. Great chefs cooking some amazing food. Downside was hot food was never more than like warm and if like us liked to eat later, the choice of fresh food was limited, somethings you could see had been there since the start of service and that could mean 2 hours. We had the alacarte restaurant twice, food was exceptional. Absolutely lovely and freshly cooked. Bars & Drinks: 2/10 Sadly this was the biggest let down for me. Only Effies beer available, nothing else beer wise, the spirits were vile, cheapest nastiest all inclusive drinks we’ve experienced in Turkey. The iced Lates were nice, soft drinks ok as expected. Just such a shame there wasn’t a plus option so we would have access to better quality spirits and drinks. Animation Team: 0/10 I think these were a TUI team rather than hotel as they had TUI tees on. The reason I have a 0 is because they were just awful, zero interaction with guests when we were there, they didn’t want to get people involved in day activities, you could tell. The DJ ( haha ) sat behind a booth with a Spotify playlist and sat playing on his phone all day, every now and then would have a chat with the staff. Evening entertainment was shockingly bad! Again the worst we’ve experienced in Turkey. The kids disco was ok. But one night the music choices were somewhat wrong!! Songs with seriously X rated lyrics which shouldn’t ever be allowed. Adult entertainment was just as bad, lack lustre and poor quality. Staff: 7/10 Restaurant staff were 10/10, a credit to the hotel. They were amazing and that’s where most of our tips went. Bar staff, were hit and miss. Some were amazingly nice and friendly, unfortunately some were rude, unhelpful and had their favourites, so you could be stood at the bar for 10 minutes and someone would come to the back and get served with a smile and quickly. Summing up: I know this isn’t a glowing review, and goes against the grain of other reviews. We have visited Turkey many times and this was comparable on what we paid for much better hotels. We felt let down, we emailed the hotel beforehand ( 2 email addresses on website and social media ) only to be told that neither of them were the hotel email addresses. I think people who return year on year obviously love the hotel, we didn’t and wouldn’t return. The staff on the whole were brilliant, location not too bad, own private beach a few minutes walk away, nice poor, decent quality food but too many little things let it down.

We had a wonderful stay at Barut, and felt safe, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed by the staff throughout our visit. We chose a stay without all‑inclusive, as it easily leads to overeating for us. Instead, we made simple breakfasts on our terrace. The rooms were spacious and had a practical kitchenette (though a cutting board would have been useful). There was plenty for the kids to do — evening entertainment, disco, and fun activities. The aquagym was especially enjoyable! The entertainment areas had comfortable seating and good noise‑reducing measures, which I really appreciated as someone who is sound‑sensitive. The pool area was large, clean, and never crowded, and we always found available sunbeds. The beach was also lovely, with warm water and very few sellers — and those who were there were thankfully not intrusive. The beach café served surprisingly good food, including healthier options; the chicken‑avocado salad became a favorite. 🌟 Highlights • Restaurant team — A huge thank‑you to Ismahil, the restaurant manager, for outstanding service. He was attentive, professional, and made our stay even better. Thanks also to Selami and the rest of the staff — always friendly and welcoming. • Photographer Beytu — Exceptionally talented and a genuinely kind person. We had family photos taken, and the results were fantastic. No pushy sales tactics, just calm, respectful service. We received high‑quality prints, an album, and digital copies. Highly recommended! • The beach — Beautiful, relaxing, and easy to find sunbeds. Great facilities and delicious food at the beach café. The only downside of our trip was outside the hotel: several unpleasant encounters with taxi drivers and sellers, including rude behavior and attempts to overcharge. This affected our overall impression of Turkey as a destination, even though the hotel itself was excellent and very trustworthy. Barut truly felt “on the customer’s side.”

Check-in was quick and pleasant. We received a warm welcome, were shown to a lovely room, and were immediately offered something to eat. The complimentary treat from the hotel was a wonderful surprise, and from the very beginning we felt a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully green, well maintained, and situated in an exceptionally convenient location. Many thanks to Anastasia and Yulia for their care, attention, and friendly attitude. All our questions were resolved very quickly, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The beach was excellent, and there were always free umbrellas available. The beach bar was wonderful, with a great selection of everything we could wish for. The service and atmosphere made a very positive impression. We had an excellent massage at the SPA. Many thanks to Sultanat and Karina for their professionalism and care! On the day of departure, the hotel kindly extended our room use. Many thanks to Mert and Aida for their help and attention! Many thanks to the entire bar team! The coffee was excellent. Special thanks to the bar staff — we still remember some of them from 2022. You are doing a wonderful job! We would also like to highlight that the hotel management pays close attention to treating all guests with equal warmth and respect. This creates a calm, friendly atmosphere and helps prevent conflicts. Many thanks to the entire Barut B team for your care, attention, and for giving us such a wonderful holiday! We will be delighted to return to this hotel!

The location for the hotel was great as the beach was a four minute walk. The hotel reception did explain on our arrival that no shuttle bus was provided and it was very understandable due to the short distance. You do have plenty of shops and a few restaurants. All of the staff in the hotel were pleasant we didn't experience any rudeness from the staff. The atmosphere in the hotel was super relaxing, music wasn't too loud at all. With entertainment during the day they had plenty to do if you wanted to do them, the staff would ask you and they wouldn't make you feel forced to join in. The rooms in the hotel were very clean probably the best i have seen while holidaying in the antalya area. Entertainment during the evening wasn't the best could do with some improvement but its understandable that they maybe limited in what they can do as the show room in indoors. I want to also thank the cleaner of our room a special thank you for everything she would make the experienced extra special by making things out of the towels such as two love swans shaped into a heart. Thank you to all the staff here at the hotel in making us feel relaxed at all times and help us enjoy the experience staying at this hotel.

A fantastic hotel! We really loved everything about the hotel. Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Out room was lovely and modern and very clean. The pools were great, not cold and plenty sunbeds. We always got one. Good was very varied and always plenty of choice. The only downside was other guest in the hotel that lacked manners within the restaurant. Some people went overboard with the all inclusive and were just plain greedy. Piling up plates and wasting food. All staff around the hotel were super helpful and friendly. The spa was lovely, and treatments very good. Gym had decent equipment. No complaints whatsoever! Enjoyed the trip so much we have booked again for October! See you soon!
